TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, October 3rd

2:00pm	Check in available at the Airbnb
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Ada Street → no formal rehearsal here (mini rehearsal on day-of)
7:00pm	Welcome drinks with appetizers & Tacos at Big Star Wicker Park (1531 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60622)

Friday, October 4th

7:20am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Airbnb (11 N Carpenter) Breakfast will be provided Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrive for setup Abbie lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer → Abbie: both rings, perfume, jewelry, shoes, invites, etc.
7:40am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below
9:30am	Matt’s dad arrives at A&M’s apartment to hangout with Matt
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the apartment to relax and hang out with Matt Brunch/Lunch is provided for the groomsmen
11:00am	Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Airbnb  → Abbie to give rehearsal dinner arrangements to Hedonia to take to Wildman at this time
11:15am	Photographer 1 (Megan) arrives at the Airbnb with the ladies Photographer 2 (Leticia) arrives at A & M’s apartment Videographer 1 (James) arrives at the Airbnb with the ladies Videographer 2 (Travis) arrives at A & M’s apartment
11:40am	ALL hair and makeup completed Abbie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:30pm	Abbie’s casual first look with all friends in the Airbnb Trolley arrives at Matt’s apartment
12:35pm	Matt & all groomsmen board trolley & head to the gals Airbnb Elliott & Jacob are in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
12:40pm	Abbie’s first look with dad  →  her brother to follow for a first look in the Airbnb
1:00pm	Abbie & Matt’s first look outside of the Airbnb
1:20pm	A&M board trolley and head to photo location at Lincoln Park
1:45pm	Trolley arrives at Lincoln Park South Bridge  A&M head to the bridge with photo & video for private vows Friends hang out on the trolley during this time
2:10pm	Group pictures begin at Lincoln Park
2:55pm	Photos completed Everyone reboards the trolley & heads to the venue
3:25pm	Trolley arrives back at Wildman BT **all personal items can be put up in the bridal suite!
3:30pm	Family begins arriving at Wildman BT for family photos
3:35pm	Ohana runs a mini rehearsal with everyone in the processional
3:50pm	Immediate family pictures begin
4:00pm	Trolley arrives at Wicker Park Inn for guest pick up
4:15pm	ALL photos completed → everyone gets tucked away before ceremony begins Trolley departs from Wicker Park Inn and heads to Wildman BT for guest drop off
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving at Wildman BT Ushers (Ryan & Alex) go to ceremony site
5:00pm	Ceremony begins
5:25pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, group pictures begin in at the front of ceremony (The Norris Family, The Brewer Family, The Chaffin Family)
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into to take their seats
6:45pm	Abbie & Matt are introduced into the room and have their first dance
6:50pm	Welcome and toast by Jodi & Mike
6:55pm	After Jodi & Mike, Kevin & Beverly are invited up to speak
7:10pm	Family style entrees are served
7:40pm	Speeches continue:  1. Elissa 2. Iñaki
8:20pm	Special dances begin
8:30pm	Dance party!!!
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁 All items go into Beverly/Kevin’s car

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

1. HAIR MUST BE DRY. Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair. Avoid heavy conditioners and thick styling products. Please have your hair dry in order to be styled.
2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH & PUT IN CONTACTS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE.
3. MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. Avoid using SPF moisturizers, as it can sometimes cause makeup to fall off quicker.
4. We recommend steaming your dresses BEFORE your hair and makeup services.
5. Please have an inspo photo ready of how you would like your hair styled (front and back).
6. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
7. Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding

Important Roles during wedding day!:

– USHERS: Alex and Ryan
– BEST MAN: Iñaki (speech, POC for anything else you need from the guys)
–COOLER/DRINKS GUYS: Jacob and Elliott
– MATRONS OF HONOR: Elissa + Sarah (SARAH is POC for the gals for the day, ELISSA to take my bouquet during ceremony and give it back!)
– Friends/family can leave anything at the Airbnb or at A&M’s house that they need to and pick them up after the wedding!

Ladies – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Wear your favorite neutral comfies for getting ready (make sure your neckline won’t interfere with hair & makeup)!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit (no preference, be yourself and find some cute shoes to go with whatever dress you’ve picked!)
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc.
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Jewelry: No preference on jewelry!  Be yourself and feel pretty!

Gentlemen – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Arrive in something comfortable to relax & hangout in the morning
2. Bring your full wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, dress shirt, tie, jacket
3. Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
