TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, April 28

4:00pm	Check in available at the Marriott Lincolnshire hotel
5:00pm	Rehearsal at St. James Church in Arlington Heights
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Armand’s Pizzeria in Arlington Heights
8:00pm	Welcome drinks at Peggy Kinnane’s Irish Restaurant and Pub (8 N Vail Ave, Arlington Heights)

Saturday, April 29

7:30am	All ladies getting hair/makeup done arrive at Marriott Lincolnshire  Breakfast delivered from Panera Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:45am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Marriott Lincolnshire hotel to relax and hang out with Quinn
11:45am	ALL hair and makeup completed Adrienne & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Adrienne, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:30pm	Adrienne’s first look with bridesmaids in the hotel suite
12:40pm	Adrienne’s first look with mom in the hotel suite Quinn & Photographer 2 (Grace) get set up for the first look in lakeside pavilion area (near trees in grassy area)
12:50pm	Adrienne & Photographer 1 (Lauryn) head to the first look location
1:00pm	First look in the lakeside pavilion area of Marriott Lincolnshire property / golf course  **Adrienne & Quinn read vows their vows then take portraits Party bus arrives at Marriott Lincolnshire
1:25pm	Portraits are finished Everyone in family photos (who are not taking the party bus) heads to the house (204 N. Pine Street in Prospect Heights, Illinois) Wedding party + dates heads board the shuttle from the lobby Joe is in charge of the foam cooler with booze items and ice inside
1:35pm	Party Bus departs and heads to the house for photos
2:00pm	Family photos begin at the house
2:30pm	All family photos are completed Adrienne, Quinn, Wedding party + dates board the party bus and head to St. James Chapel
2:40pm	Party bus arrives at St. James Chapel Everyone heads into the church **Adrienne waits until Jenna grabs her!
3:00pm	Ceremony begins
4:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar with the O’Grady extended family & the Lynch extended family
4:10pm	Wedding party + dates  board the party bus and head to Kemper Lakes Golf Club
4:40pm	Party bus arrives at Kemper Lakes Golf Club Everyone drops off their personal items inside the venue  Wedding party will be part of more photos
4:50pm	Wedding party & portraits begin around the property
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in Fireside room / Patio
6:45pm	Introductions into the room begin
6:50pm	Welcome and toast by Dave Blessing by Father Bob to follow
7:00pm	Dinner service begins
7:10pm	Once salads are plated, Mother of the Bride speech by Pam
7:50pm	After entrées are plated, additional speeches begin:  1. Tori  2. Joe
8:30pm	Dance party!!
11:00pm	Continuous shuttle begins to Marriott Lincolnshire
12:00am	Party’s over 🙁
12:30am	Final shuttle service departs to Marriott Lincolnshire

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

• Please have inspiration pictures ready for hair and/or makeup. Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.
• Please have hair 100% dry. Washing your hair the night before is preferred. Damp/Wet hair WILL NOT style or hold.
• Please have a clean face, no makeup or other products on. Avoid waterproof makeup products the night before. A light exfoliation in the morning is recommended.
• If wearing contacts, please place them in BEFORE your makeup application start time. If you need to brush your teeth before makeup, please do so BEFORE your start time.
• If waxing or spray tanning, please make sure it’s done at least 2-3 days prior.
• Adding a curl-set or clip-in hair extensions is an additional price ($20) if not already selected.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Wear something comfortable to get ready in (something easy to take off that won’t mess up hair or makeup!)
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Wedding card – if applicable
6. Pam & Tori– Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone)

Men

1. Your full wedding day outfit including the following: black shoes, navy blue tuxedo pants, navy blue tuxedo jacket, white button down shirt, silver buttons for the tuxedo shirt, suspenders, and bowtie
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Dave & Joe – Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone)
