3:00pm	Check in available at The Pendry Chicago Hotel
4:30pm	Rehearsal at The University Club of Chicago in the Montgomery Room (6th floor)
6:00-8:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Francesca’s on Chestnut
8:00-9:30pm	Welcome drinks at D4 Irish Pub & Cafe

Saturday, December 9th

7:15am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at The Pendry Chicago Hotel – Carbide Suite Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup Aja lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
7:30am	Hair & makeup services begin *schedule below*
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at The Pendry Chicago Hotel to relax and hang out with Robert Lunch delivered from the hotel for the bridesmaids & groomsmen
11:45pm	Aja and Robert read notes from one another
12:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Aja & the girls take a photo in their getting ready outfits Aja, MOH and Aja’s sister & both moms put on their dresses separately Aunt Ela to help Aja get in her dress
12:15pm	Aja’s first look with MOH, Aja’s mom & sister in the Carbide Suite
12:30pm	Aja’s first look with dad in the Carbide Suite
1:00pm	Aja & Robert’s first look at the Pendry Chicago Hotel
1:10pm	Wedding party heads downstairs to the lobby and boards the shuttle Frank & Mike are in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
1:15pm	Aja & Robert board the shuttle & the shuttle depart for The Board of Trade Rain plan = Union Station
1:35pm	Wedding party arrives at The Board of Trade & pictures begin
2:25pm	Wedding party departs The Board of Trade & heads to the Art Institute
2:45pm	Wedding Party arrives at the Art Institute & pictures begin
3:30pm	Wedding party boards the shuttle & heads to the University Club of Chicago
3:40pm	Wedding Party arrives at the University Club of Chicago
3:50pm	Family begins arriving at The University Club of Chicago
4:00pm	Family pictures begin at the altar in the Michigan Room
4:30pm	ALL photos completed Aja touches up her makeup in her room upstairs
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving at The University Club of Chicago & prelude music begins Frank/Mike have the wedding rings
5:15pm	Ceremony begins!
5:45pm	Cocktail hour begins!
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends, guests transition into the Michigan Room
7:00pm	Aja & Robert are intro’d into the room & dinner begins!
7:15pm	Aja’s dad’s speech
8:25pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Natalia (MOH) 2. Frank & Mike (BM)
9:00pm	Dancing begins!
11:30pm	Party’s over 🙁

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

1. HAIR MUST BE DRY. Day-old hair is great for thick to medium hair. If you have thin hair please wash the day of or night before. Please have your hair dry to be styled.
2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH & PUT IN CONTACTS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE.
3. MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. Avoid using SPF moisturizers.
4. PLEASE BRING YOUR TOUCH-UP LIP COLORS. You will need a lip color to reapply throughout the day. If you have a favorite color you would like to touch-up with please have that ready.
