| 8:15am | Breakfast/lunch provided from Panera Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup | |
| 8:30am | Hair & Makeup services begin *Schedule below* | |
| 11:00am | Groomsmen arrive at Alex’s house to relax and hang out Lunch will be provided for the groomsmen | |
| 12:00pm | ALL hair and makeup completed Brides bouquet & loose styled blooms/florals delivered to Victoria’s House | |
| 12:15pm | All ladies getting hair/makeup done at the salon arrive at Victoria’s House | |
| 12:30pm | Victoria puts her dress on separately from everyone Bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately | |
| 12:45pm | Victoria’s first look with bridesmaids at the house | |
| 1:00pm | 22 passenger shuttle arrives for the guys Alex & groomsmen board the shuttle and head to the church | |
| 1:10pm | Shuttle arrives at Holy Spirit Catholic Church to drop off the groomsmen **shuttle heads to the ladies location for pick up | |
| 1:30pm | 22 passenger shuttle arrives for the ladies Guests begin arriving at the church Ohana assistant arrives at the church (Martina) Ushers/Program Passers (groomsmen) go to ceremony site | |
| 1:35pm | Victoria & the ladies board the shuttle and head to the church | |

HAIR & MAKEUP
Beauty Pointers!
- Arrive with a clean, makeup free face
- Exfoliate at-least 2 days prior
- Drink plenty of water
- Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
- Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service(s).
- It is helpful if you provide an inspirational image for the artist to reference. Please note that hairstyles should be down (any down style you like!)
- Disclose any allergy to any beauty products in advance
- Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication!

- Getting Ready Outfit: Wear something comfortable & easy to remove after your services (zipper closure or V-neck pullover)
- Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
- Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
- Kara – make sure you have your speech ready to go!
Gents
- Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, button down shirt, studs, cufflinks, bowtie, jacket
- Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
- Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
