TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, July 11th

3:00pm	Check in available at the Nobu Hotel & the Crowne Plaza Hotel
4:45pm	Rehearsal at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Old Town
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Orso’s!
8:30pm	Welcome drinks at Jefferson Tap & Grille

Saturday, July 12th

7:15am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Nobu Hotel – Sake Suite! Breakfast will be available for the ladies! Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup Allison lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
7:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin
10:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Allison & Micah’s location to relax and hang out with Micah Daniel will bring lunch for the groomsmen Lunch will be available for the ladies
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Allison & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Allison, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:45pm	Allison’s first look with bridesmaids in the suite Micah & groomsmen are ready to board the trolley
1:00pm	Allison’s first look with dad in in the suite Trolley picks up Micah & the groomsmen Daniel is in charge of the cooler for the trolley
1:05pm	Micah & the groomsmen arrive at Nobu Micah & his mom walk over to the Trivoli Tavern alleyway separately for their first look Groomsmen hangout on the trolley
1:10pm	Micah & his mom’s first look at Trivoli Tavern alleyway Bridesmaids board the trolley with their floral & everything they may need for the night! Allison to be driven to Gibson’s Italia
1:15pm	Micah’s first look with his mom in the alleyway of Trivoli Tavern
1:20pm	Micah to hop on the trolley to head to Gibson’s Italia with the wedding party
1:30pm	Allison & Micah’s first look! –> everyone stays on the trolley
2:00pm	Trolley departs & heads to the church!
2:30pm	Wedding party & family arrive at the church Ushers (Mikey, Rob, Mark, Henry, & Jake) will be passing programs and ushering guests to their seats
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
3:35pm	Immediate family photos begin at the altar
3:55pm	ALL photos completed Grand Exit outside the church with bubbles (wedding party assists with handing out bubbles to guests)
4:10pm	Allison, Micah, & wedding party board the trolley & head to Olive Park for photos
4:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin in Olive Park Union Station weather backup
5:00pm	Wedding party boards the trolley & heads to the Wrigley Building
5:15pm	Wedding party pictures begin at the Wrigley Building
5:45pm	Wedding party boards the trolley & heads to Galleria Marchetti
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Courtyard Wedding party trolley arrives at Galleria Marchetti
6:15pm	Large Family photos to be taken at Galleria Marchetti in the courtyard 1. The Lustig & Biros Family  2. The Grieps & the Zimmer Family 3. Extended Zimmer Family Photos
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends
7:15pm	Parent & wedding party intro’s!
7:30pm	Allison & Micah’s first dance!
7:45pm	Once salads are plated, Allison’s dad’s speech
7:50pm	Allison & Micah cut the cake
8:25pm	Speeches begin:  1. Marisa (MOH) 2. Sukhdeep (BM)
9:00pm	Dancing begins!
9:45pm	Sparkler photo outside in the courtyard with the wedding party
12:00am	Party’s over 🙁 All items + bridal bouquet  go into Allison’s parents’ car!
12:30am	After party at Clover Bar (722 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60654)!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
1) Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
2) Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of delaying the schedule. Flat ironing is not recommended.
3) Do not apply SPF or oil-based moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product (SPF can cause makeup to fall off quicker).
4) Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
5) It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared for the stylist / artist

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies:
– Getting ready outfit: Allison will be providing getting ready PJs & slippers, so come in comfy clothes, but know you will be changing!
– Wedding day attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, neutral/nude heels, dainty jewelry. Other “musts”: an extra pair of shoes (for dancing)
– Clean or painted nails (not chipped)!
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Marisa: A printed copy of your speech (ideally not read off of your phone).

Gentlemen:
– Your full wedding day tux: Black tux shoes, black socks, black pants, white shirt, black vest, black/silver stud set, black bowtie, black tuxedo, green pocket square
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Sukhdeep: A printed copy of your speech (ideally not read off of your phone).
