Hi family and friends! How excited are you for Alyssa & Chris’ big day? 
We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible, so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding day.

Friday, March 7th

3:00pmRehearsal at Church of the Little Flower
4:00pmCheck in available at the Biltmore
6:00pmRehearsal dinner at Hotel Colonnade
9:00pmRehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, March 8th

6:45amBridesmaids & moms arrive at the Biltmore Hotel, Aragon room
Light breakfast and coffee will be delivered
Beauty team arrives for setup
7:00amHair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:00amGroomsmen arrive at the Biltmore Hotel, Tuttle room
10:30amVideographer (Shannon) arrives with the ladies
Videographer (Michelle) arrives with the men
Lunch delivered from the hotel to the bridesmaids and groomsmen
10:50amPhotographer (Melannie) arrives with the ladies
Photographer 2 arrives with the men
11:00amALL hair and makeup completed
Alyssa & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
11:40amAlyssa, Monica & Laurie head to Laurie’s room to get dressed
Bridesmaids get dresses and drop off their bags in their rooms
12:00pmBridesmaids meet outside of Laurie’s room and wait to be called in **please do not be late**
12:05pmAlyssa’s first look with bridesmaids in Laurie’s room
12:10pmAlyssa’s immediate family (Laurie, Giovanna, Felicia, Tony, Emily & Jianna) and ​the groomsmen head downstairs to board their transportation​
Alyssa’s dad arrives outside of the Everglade’s suite
12:15pmAlyssa’s first look with dad in Laurie’s room
10-passenger Silver Limo arrives at the Biltmore (for groomsmen)
9-passenger Black Limo arrives at the Biltmore (Linda, Charles, Laurie, Giovanna, Felicia, Tony & Emily)
12:20pmFamily & groomsmen + Chris board their transportation and head to the church
12:30pmFrankie (Program Passer) goes to ceremony site
Limos drop off at the church and loop back to the hotel
12:35pmBridesmaids board their limo
Additional family (Jen, Nicole, John, Holly, Guy, Annabel, Leo, Marco, Lucca & Ryan) boards the limo, and everyone heads to the church
Alyssa and dad board the White Rolls Royce Phantom
1:00pmCeremony begins
2:00pmImmediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar
2:15pmAlyssa & Chris do a grand exit outside of the church doors
2:20pmAlyssa & Chris take extended family photos outside of the church
Bridesmaids board the silver limo, head to the Biltmore, get dropped off, and silver limo turns around
2:30pmImmediate family board the Black Limo outside
2:40pmGroomsmen board the silver limo, head to the Biltmore, and get dropped off
**Wedding party can hangout / get situated back at the hotel for a brief moment but please be in the lobby by 3:15pm**
3:15pmWedding part all meet in the lobby for wedding party photos around the Biltmore
4:00pmAll wedding party hangs out in the Everglades suite
4:15pmSandwiches/snacks are available in the suite for wedding party
5:15pmAlyssa & Chris take photos in the Everglades Suite
– Alyssa & Chris with Laurie & Italo
– Alyssa & Chris with Linda & Charles
– Alyssa & Chris with the wedding party
6:00pmCocktail hour begins on the Alhambra terrace
7:00pmCocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Alhambra Ballroom

7:17pmIntroductions time!

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
– Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies:
– Getting Ready Attire: Please arrive with the robes gifted by Alyssa to get ready in! Ideally these robe are steamed before they’re put on.
– Wedding Day Attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, dress
– Shoes: Silver or nude heels
– Earrings: please bring the earrings gifted by Alyssa (also please do not wear any necklaces or chunky bracelets)
– Nail Polish: light colored nails preferred
– Clutch/purse: with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, deodorant, etc.
– Wedding Card: if applicable
– Printed Speeches: For anyone saying a speech, we strongly advise to NOT read off of your cell phones! Please send your speeches to our wedding planner, Danielle (Danielle@ohanaevents.com), before wedding day and she can bring a printed copy!

Gentlemen:
– Wedding Day Attire: Shawl Collar Tuxedo Jacket & Pants, Cotton Fly-Front Dress Shirt w/French cuffs, Black Satin Diamond Bow Tie, Suspenders, Black Patent Leather Shoes & Socks
– Misc.: Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets during photos – it will ruin pictures!)
– Wedding Card: if applicable
– Printed Speeches: For anyone saying a speech, we strongly advise to NOT read off of your cell phones! Please send your speeches to our wedding planner, Danielle (Danielle@ohanaevents.com), before wedding day and she can bring a printed copy!
