TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, October 12th

3:00pm	Check in available at the Virgin Hotel
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Quartino
9:30pm	Rehearsal dinner ends
9:45pm	Casual meet up / drinks at the Virgin Rooftop

Friday, October 13th

8:30am	All ladies getting hair/makeup done arrive at the Virgin Hotel The Sisters manage brunch food for the morning/afternoon Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup
8:50am	Hair & Makeup Services begin **See full hair and makeup schedule near the end of this page**
10:30am	Groomsmen meet in Richard’s Flat at the Virgin Hotel so they can walk to lunch together
11:00am	Nick, groomsmen & CJ head to Miss Ricky’s for lunch
11:15am	Guys lunch begins at Miss Ricky’s → Comfortable clothing, all tuxes are left at the Virgin Hotel prior to lunch
12:15pm	Nick and the groomsmen arrive back at the Virgin Hotel and begin getting dressed
12:30pm	Videographers arrive with both bridesmaids & groomsmen
1:15pm	1 Photographer arrives with the bridesmaids
1:45pm	1 Photographer arrives with the groomsmen
2:00pm	Nick reads a note from Amanda
2:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Amanda & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Amanda, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
2:25pm	Amanda’s first look with bridesmaids in the bridal suite
2:35pm	Amanda’s first look with dad in the bridal suite Nick gets positioned for the first look
2:55pm	Amanda heads to meet Nick
3:00pm	First look in at the Virgin Hotel Rooftop Wedding party heads outside and boards the shuttle while they’re taking photos Jacob is in charge of the foam cooler with seltzers, water bottles and ice inside
3:15pm	Wedding party leaves for photos
4:40pm	Wedding party boards the shuttle and heads to Salvage One
5:00pm	Wedding party and family begins arriving at Salvage One
5:10pm	Family pictures begin Anyone who is not in family photos can hangout in the bridal suite on the 2nd floor **Please do not walk around with your alcohol, try to keep it hush in the bridal suite! Technically we are not supposed to drink but the venue knows it happens, we just can’t make it super obvious**
5:30pm	All photos are completed, everyone can relax on the 2nd floor
6:00pm	Ceremony begins!
6:30pm	Ceremony ends Cocktail hour begins
7:00pm	The two kiddos are fed dinner on the 1st floor
7:30pm	Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited upstairs for dinner All of the wedding party and parents can find their seats (no group introductions)
8:00pm	Amanda and Nick (only) are introduced into the room After Amanda and Nick’s first dance, everyone join them on the dance floor for a short dance set!!!! No excuses, you will get up!
8:15pm	Dinner begins
8:30pm	After the salad course is served, speech by Amanda’s Dad
9:10pm	After the entree course is served, additional speeches begin: 1. Abby, Katie & Bella 2. Parker
9:30pm	Dance floor opens!
11:45pm	Party’s over 🙁
12:00am	Afties at the Virgin Hotel Rooftop!? Who’s down?

Sunday, September 10th

11:00am	Brunch at the Virgin Hotel, come when you want!
12:00pm	Check out at the Virgin Hotel (you can hold your bags with the bellmen until after brunch concludes, or bring your bags to the brunch space)
1:30pm	Brunch concludes

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind **unless your service includes a blowout**.
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting ready outfit: Amanda will provide getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day dress: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes: black open toe heel
4. Jewelry: ideally simple and gold
5. Nail polish: dark colors; maroon or black
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Abby, Katie & Bella: Printed speeches for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!
9. Abby: Don’t forget to help with the snacks and food for the morning

Gentleman

1. Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, vest, tie-clip, cufflinks, button studs, tie OR bowtie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to go to lunch in, you can change into your wedding day tux when you get back to the hotel
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Parker: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!
