Friday, July 17

3:00pm	– Check in available at the Homewood Suites Inn – Downers Grove – Check in available at the Hyatt Regency Lisle
6:00pm	– Rehearsal dinner at Beatrix in Oak Brook

Saturday, July 18

7:10am	– Bridesmaids & Family: All ladies who are getting hair + makeup arrive at Homewood Suites Inn – Downers Grove – Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:30am	– Hair and Makeup services begin *see detailed schedule at bottom of this page*
10:30am	– Groomsmen: arrive at Sean’s Uncle’s house to hangout & relax. Lunch is delivered for the groomsmen. – Bridesmaids: Lunch delivered from Jason’s Deli in Oak Brook for the bridesmaids. Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Homewood Suites in Downers Grove.
12:00pm	– ALL hair and makeup completed – Amanda, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately – Sean & Groomsmen look to order Ubers to Morton Arboretum
12:30pm	– Amanda’s first look with bridesmaids in getting ready space – Sean & Groomsmen arrive on-site Morton Arboretum via Ubers and head to the 2nd floor conference room
12:45pm	– Amanda & Bridesmaids head to Morton Arboretum via Ubers
1:00pm	– Amanda & Bridesmaids arrive on-site Morton Arboretum
1:05pm	– Amanda & Bridesmaids arrive on-site Morton Arboretum – Sean heads to first look location (Ground Cover Garden) with photo/video – Groomsmen stay in visitors center during this time
1:10pm	– Amanda heads to first look location (Ground Cover Garden) with photo/video
1:20pm	– First look at Morton Arboretum in the Ground Cover Garden Private vows read at this time
1:40pm	– Wedding party heads to the ceremony location to meet A&S for photos
1:50pm	– Wedding party pictures begin
2:30pm	– Wedding party photos are completed, everyone hangs out inside venue – Amanda & Sean head out for portraits with their cars
2:40pm	– Couple photos continue on the east side
3:30pm	– Portraits completed – Amanda & Sean make their way to Grand Garden for dads first look & family photos – John is in the visitors center ready to be taken to first look
3:50pm	– Amanda’s first look with dad at Morton Arboretum in Grand Garden
4:00pm	– Family begins arriving at Morton Arboretums Grand Garden
4:05pm	– Mini rehearsal ran by Ohana Events
4:20pm	– Family pictures begin at the front of ceremony
4:45pm	– ALL photos completed – Wedding party & family is tucked away in visitors center prior to ceremony – 24 Shuttle Pax runs from Hyatt Regency Lisle to Morton Arboretum for guest drop off
5:00pm	– Guests begin arriving to Morton Arboretum
5:30pm	– Ceremony begins outdoors at the Grand Garden (east side)
6:00pm	– Cocktail hour begins in Orientation Hall Immediately following end of ceremony, family pictures begin at the front of ceremony
7:00pm	– Cocktail hour ends and guests invited to take their seats
7:20pm	– Introductions into the room begin with wedding party
7:25pm	– Immediately after intros, Amanda & Sean cut the cake
7:28pm	– After cake cutting, Amanda & Sean have their first dance
7:30pm	– Welcome and toast by father of the bride, John Burke
7:35pm	– Dinner service begins
7:50pm	– Once salads are plated, special dances begin: Father/daughter dance & Mother/son dance
8:35pm	– After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Tyler 2. Ale 3. Alyssa
9:15pm	– Amanda & Sean say their thank you & invite everyone to the dance floor!!
11:30pm	– Shuttle service from Morton Arboretum to Hyatt Regency Lisle
12:00am	– Party’s over!! 🙁 – Final shuttle service from Morton Arboretum to Hyatt Regency Lisle

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• All skin must be clean and makeup free when you arrive on wedding morning
• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be washed (without conditioner!) and completely dry
• If you have curly hair and you do not wish to wear your natural curl, please wash and blow-dry your hair straight. Do not straighten with a flat iron.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each lady has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies:

1. Wedding Day Attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, shoes, jewelry, etc.
2. Getting Ready Attire: come in something comfortable that you know you’ll be getting photographed in! Tip: wear a zippered top or wide neck for easy removal after hair services!
3. Jewelry: Jewelry will be gifted to you! If you’d like to wear one of your own necklaces, feel free to do so!
4. Misc: Clutch/purse for personal items/IDs, phone, tissues, etc.
5. Wedding Card: if applicable
6. Speech: Alyssa & Ale, don’t forget to have your speech for reception! Ideally this is printed and not read from your phone!
7. Floral: Ale, you are in charge of the personal floral (bouquets & boutonnieres). Please make sure these make it from the hotel to the venue!

Gentlemen:

1. Wedding Day Attire: including ALL pieces for the day: shoes, socks (not provided by Black Tux), pants, button down, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square.
2. Misc.: Cell phones, phone chargers, wallets and anything else you may keep in your coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets during photos – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Wedding Card: if applicable
4. Speech: John & Tyler, don’t forget to have your speech for reception! Ideally this is printed and not read from your phone!
