TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, May 29

5:30pm	Everyone in town meets at A+A airbnb for quick ceremony practice
6:30pm	Group heads to Old 76 Smokehouse for dinner

Saturday, May 30th

9:30am	Rachel & Jennifer pick up flowers
11:00am	Michael & Andrew go to lunch
2:15pm	Michael & Andrew ensure they’re headed to big cedar
2:30pm	Michael & Andrew arrive at the Garden Chapel
2:45pm	Guests begin arriving at registration building to wait for shuttle
3:00pm	Prelude music begins Guests take shuttle from registration building up to Chapel
3:05pm	Amber and her ladies ensure they’re at the registration building, stay in car until shuttle takes guests up to chapel
3:15pm	Andrew ensures he’s inside the church Amber & ladies take shuttle up to the Chapel
3:30pm	Ceremony begins in the Garden Chapel
3:50pm	Ceremony concludes and family heads outside
4:00pm	Family lines up outside to toss rose petals, immediately followed by family photos
4:30pm	Shuttle takes guests from the Chapel to the registration building
4:45pm	Cocktail hour begins inside the Cedar Creek A room
6:00pm	Guests invited out on the patio A&A cut the cake and do champagne tower
6:10pm	Large group photo then seats taken for dinner
6:20pm	Welcome toast by the 3 besties (Mery, Pari, then Makinna)
6:25pm	Toast and blessing by Michael
6:30pm	Salads and bread served
6:55pm	Salads cleared and entrees served
7:30pm	A&A say a little something and enjoy their first dance
8:30pm	Dessert and coffee
10:00pm	Bar closes
11:00pm	Party’s over!! 🙁 All items go into Melisa & Matt’s car

Wedding day outfit: including your dress and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
Jewelry: Anything that matches your dress! Free to wear your own style
Shoes: Anything that matches your dress! Free to wear your own style
Clutch/purse: with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
Wedding speech: Mery, Pari, + Makinna — Don’t forget your speech (ideally not read off of your phone)
