THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19

2:30pm-4:30pm	Personal and wedding items are dropped at Exmoor Country Club
5:00pm	Rehearsal at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church
6:00pm	Family dinner at Valley Lodge Tavern

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20

TBDam	Will & guys go golfing at Old Elm
9:00am	Annie’s mom drops off Kolache at Exmoor Country Club (needs to be refrigerated)
10:15am	Girls head over to SALON BUZZ for their hair service Annie & Jenna @ 10:30am Judy @ 10:45am Lilah @ 11:00am
12:00pm	All hair services are complete and everyone heads back to the hotel
12:30pm	Annie, Lilah, Jenna, Marilyn, & Judy makeup service begins
4:00pm	Check in available at Renaissance Hotel Chicago Downtown
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Harry Caray’s
7:45pm	Boarding begins at Wendella – Dock 4
8:00pm-10:00pm	Welcome drinks on Wendella Boats

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21

7:20am	Annie & Lilah take an Uber to Exmoor Country Club Annie to travel with personal getting ready items while Annie’s mom brings her wedding dress
8:00am	Everyone getting beauty services arrive at Exmoor and head up to the Living Room Hair & makeup team arrives for setup
8:15am	Hair & makeup services begin ** schedule found below **
8:30am	Exmoor provides breakfast (fruit, bagels, pastries, coffee, orange juice)
9:45am	Will & Tom depart for Exmoor (driving themselves)
10:30am	Will & guys arrive at Exmoor to relax and hang out at Oak House
11:00am	Everyone orders lunch off Exmoor’s menu
11:15am	Photographer (Ian) & florals arrive to Exmoor Will and groomsmen have their “getting ready” shots taken Judy pins boutonnières on Will & the guys
11:30am	Exmoor provides lunch for everyone
11:40am	Photographer (Ian) heads to photograph the ladies
12:15am	ALL hair and makeup completed Annie & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
12:30pm	Annie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:45pm	Annie’s first look with dad in Annie’s getting ready space
1:00pm	First look at Exmoor, couple portraits begin afterwards on Exmoor grounds
1:30pm	Wedding party & parents heads to the lobby with all personal items Tommy is in charge of the foam cooler with water, beer, champagne, High Noons and ice Lilah and Jenna are in charge of grabbing Annie’s personal items
1:35pm	Wedding party & family meets Annie & Will at ___ location on Exmoor grounds
1:40pm	Family pictures begin Weather backup photo location is inside Exmoor Country Club
1:45pm	38 passenger shuttle arrives for the wedding party Two 55 passenger shuttles arrives at Renaissance
2:00pm	ALL family photos completed and everyone boards transportation for the church Two 55 passenger shuttle departs Renaissance & heads to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church
2:05pm	Once everyone is on board, 38 passenger shuttle + private car depart for the church
2:30pm	Everyone arrives and gets tucked away in the private suite Ushers (Vince and ___) are ready at the ceremony site “Keogh Kids” (___) hand out programs
2:45pm	Two 55 passenger shuttle arrives to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
4:00pm	Annie & Will are married!!! Shuttles are available for guests (besides extended family) to load into
4:05pm	Extended family photos begin at the altar
4:30pm	Grand exit photo op outside the church
4:35pm	Wedding party, close friends, and photographer takes 38 passenger to the Exmoor Private cars take parents and grandparents to Exmoor Both 55 passenger shuttles depart and head to Exmoor
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins outside on Exmoor grounds Everyone arrives to Exmoor and joins cocktail hour ** all items are taken off the 38 passenger shuttle
5:30pm	Photos wrap up and everyone heads inside to join cocktail hour
5:55pm	Exmoor begins inviting guests inside for dinner
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Main Dining Room
6:15pm	Annie & Will are introduced!
6:20pm	Annie & Will do their first dance
6:25pm	Blessing by Bill Keogh
6:40pm	Once all salads are served, Annie & Will cut the cake Annie’s dad (Tim) gives a speech
7:20pm	After all entrees are served, speeches begin: 1) Lilah 2) Matt
7:45pm	Annie and Will say their “thank you”
7:50pm	Special dances begin: 1) Father/daughter 2) Mother/son Dance floor opens!
11:00pm	Party’s over!! 🙁 All gifts and cards go into Annie Skinner’s car Everyone staying downtown boards the shuttles
11:15pm	Both shuttles depart to Renaissance downtown All parents take private transportation back to hotel
12:00am	Shuttle arrives to Renaissance downtown (10 hours) Informal after party at the hotel bar

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your service includes a blowout. Anyone with damp hair will be asked to step away and finish blow-drying their hair.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Annie will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day
4. Shoes for your wedding day outfit and party shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Lilah: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!

Men

1. Wedding day outfit: tux shoes, black socks, pants, white tux button down, black bowtie, suspenders (optional), and tux jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Bill, Tim, & Matt: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!
