TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, MAY 1

3:00pm	Everyone attending the rehearsal begins ordering ride shares / heading to rehearsal
3:30pm	Rehearsal begins at Bridgeport Art Center (Skyline Loft)
4:00pm	Check in available at The Blackstone Hotel
4:30pm	Rehearsal ends  Everyone heads back to the hotel and/or Twenty Six to begin set up
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at Twenty Six
7:30pm	Dinner ends; welcome party begins at Twenty Six
9:30pm	Welcome reception ends

SATURDAY, MAY 2

9:15am	Everyone receiving beauty services arrive at The Blackstone Hotel Breakfast delivered from Tilly Bagel Shop Beauty team arrives for set up  Carleigh sets aside all accessories and invitation suite for media team
9:30am	Hair and makeup services begin (those receiving only makeup services can arrive at 10am) **schedule below!**
11:30am	Danny’s party arrive at Carleigh and Danny’s home to hang out with Danny → guys to NOT arrive fully dressed!  Lunch delivered for Danny and party
12:00pm	Carleigh’s dad to bring Chick-fil-A lunch for Carleigh and party Personal Florals are delivered to Blackstone Hotel
12:45pm	Carleigh’s brothers (Nick & Dale) go to Carleigh’s suite to grab Danny’s bout
1:00pm	Carleigh’s brothers (Nick & Dale) leave Blackstone for Carleigh & Danny’s home  ** brothers to bring Danny’s bout to the apartment! **
1:15pm	Danny and party wrap up with lunch and start to get ready for the day
1:45pm	Photographer 1 (Joyce) arrives at Blackstone Hotel Photographer 2 (Emma) arrives at Carleigh and Danny’s home Photo team begins flat lay pictures and details of the morning
1:50pm	Danny and party begin their “getting ready” shots taken / finish getting dressed for the day
2:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Carleigh and party take photos in their matching getting ready outfits  Both moms (Cathy and Marla) get into their wedding day outfits
2:15pm	Carleigh and party put on their dresses in separate rooms  ALL parents are dressed and ready for the day Carleigh’s mom (Cathy) helps Carleigh put on dress for detail shots
2:20pm	ALL photos of Danny are complete Danny and party clean up the space and grab items needed for wedding day  Danny and party begin ordering rideshares to Union Station
2:25pm	Carleigh’s dad (Corey) is waiting outside of the bridal suite, ready for first look
2:30pm	Carleigh’s first look with dad in the bridal suite  Trolley arrives to Blackstone  Carleigh’s party heads downstairs and boards the trolley Katelyn in charge of grabbing Carleigh’s personal items and personal florals Danny’s parents drive together to Union Station OR Danny’s mom rides the trolley Danny and party depart in rideshares for Union Station
2:40pm	Carleigh and dad head downstairs to board trolley Carleigh’s dad (Corey) is in charge of snacks + cooler with drinks and ice inside Once Danny and party are on site at Union Station, portraits begin (solos and group portraits)
2:45pm	Once everyone is on the trolley, it departs for Union Station
3:00pm	Photos of Danny and party are complete  Danny gets staged inside Union Station  Danny’s party waits near the doors so they can board the trolley
3:10pm	Trolley arrives to Union Station (Jackson/Canal St) Carleigh heads inside to meet Danny for the first look
3:15pm	Carleigh and Danny’s first look takes place at Union Station Couple portraits begin afterwards
3:45pm	Wedding party deboard and meet inside Union Station  Wedding party pictures begin inside Union Station
4:05pm	Parents deboard and meet inside Union Station Family pictures begin at Union Station Wedding party, besides family, can head back to the trolley
4:30pm	ALL pictures are complete  Everyone heads back to the trolley & departs for the venue
5:00m	Trolley arrives to BAC; OE helps bring items upstairs  Everyone heads upstairs and hangs out in Bridge Room / freshens up before the ceremony
5:45pm	Ohana Events checks that the Officiant (Erica) has the wedding rings + veil is on Carleigh
5:55pm	Wedding party and family begin lining up outside Bridge Room
6:00pm	Ceremony begins!
6:30pm	Carleigh & Danny are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar Cocktail hour begins on the other side of the room
6:45pm	Carleigh gets dress bustled by Cathy or Katelyn  Carleigh and Danny privately enjoy drinks and apps
7:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into the dining space
8:00pm	Wedding party is lined up by Bridge Room
8:05pm	Introductions begin: 1) Danny’s party 2) Carleigh’s party 3) Carleigh & Danny!
8:10pm	Welcome toast by Carleigh’s dad (Corey)
8:25pm	Dinner stations open for guests
9:15pm	After all guests have eaten, speeches begin: 1) Katelyn (MOH) 2) Quentin (BM) 3) Carleigh & Danny
9:25pm	Special dances begin: 1) Danny & mom 2) Carleigh & dad 3) Carleigh & Danny Dance floor officially opens!
12:00am	Party’s Over!! 🙁 All items go with Danny’s dad (Dan) Everyone orders ride shares at the end of the night to their final destination

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies

1. Ashtyn will be providing getting ready outfits so come in those and bring your monogrammed bags that were gifted from her
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments and accessories
3. Getting ready shoes (slippers) and black heels for your wedding day outfit
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, makeup for touch ups, tissues, etc.
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Katelyn: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to caelee@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: velvet loafers, no show socks, black tuxedo pants, dress shirt, silver pearl button studs, black satin diamond bow tie, black shawl collar tuxedo jacket, white pocket square)
2. Cell phones, wallets, keys, and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
