5:15am	Bridesmaids & mom arrive at Sonesta Fruit platter & assorted snacks  + breakfast delivered from Doma Cafe  Makeup artist arrives for setup
5:30am	Makeup services begin *see schedule below*
6:30am	Hair services begin
10:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Jake’s parent’s house to relax and hang out with Jake Tayler in charge of lunch for the bridesmaids  Brunch provided by Jake’s mom for the groomsmen
11:00am	Photographer 1 (Aileen) arrives at Sonesta, for Aubrey’s bridal party Photographer 2  arrives at Jake’s parent’s house, for the groomsmen Videographer 1 arrives at Sonesta, for Aubrey’s bridal party Personal florals arrive at Sonesta
11:15am	ALL hair and makeup completed Aubrey’s mom puts on her dress
11:20am	Aubrey & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
11:30am	Aubrey and bridal party get ready together Aubrey’s mom helps Aubrey with her dress
11:45am	Aubrey’s bridal party heads down to board the trolley  Aubrey’s dad waits outside the hotel room for his cue
11:50am	Aubrey’s first look with dad in bridal suite
12:00pm	Aubrey heads down to board the trolley
12:05pm	Trolley departs to Jake’s parent’s house
12:15pm	Trolley arrives at Jake’s parent’s house Jake heads over to Seneca Park to be situated for first look
12:20pm	Groomsmen head downstairs and boards the shuttle Will is in charge of the cooler with alcohol, snacks, water and ice inside  Aubrey gets off trolley and heads over to first look location
12:30pm	First look at Seneca Park  **Private moment, just the couple**
12:45pm	Couple portraits begin at Museum of Contemporary Art
1:05pm	Couple boards the trolley
1:10pm	Trolley departs to Milton Olive Park
1:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Milton Olive Park
2:10pm	ALL wedding party photos completed, everyone heads back to the trolley
2:20pm	Trolley departs and heads over to LaSalle Bridge
2:35pm	Trolley arrives and just the couple walks over to the LaSalle Bridge
2:55pm	Aubrey & Jake head back to the trolley
3:00pm	Trolley departs and heads over to Rockwell on the River
3:25pm	Trolley arrives at Rockwell on the River, bride gets tucked away
3:30pm	Family begins arriving at Rockwell on the River Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnieres/corsages)
4:00pm	Aubrey touches up her makeup in bridal suite Guests begin arriving at Rockwell on the River
4:15pm	Prelude music begins Groom’s grandparents are pre-sat
4:30pm	Ceremony begins
4:59pm	Aubrey and Jake are married!!
5:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar Cocktail hour begins on the patio and inside
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited inside for reception
6:20pm	Aubrey & Jake introduced First dance
6:30pm	Welcome and toast by father of the bride, Kevin
6:45pm	Aubrey & Jake cut the cake
7:10pm	After entrees are plated, speeches begin: 1)Tayler 2) Connor 3) Parents of the bride 4) Aubrey & Jake say their “thank you”
7:45pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Anniversary dance Guests invited onto the dance floor
10:30pm	Party’s over 🙁 ALL items go into Jake’s parent’s car
11:15pm	Final shuttle service takes people to after party or hotel
11:00-1:00am	After party at O’Callaghan’s

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), with NO product in your hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING:

Ladies:

• Wear something comfy to get ready or wear a slip (Aubrey will be wearing a slip)
• Wedding day outfit: Ensure your dress on a hanger to be hung up in the suite & that your dress is steamed before the day of! Make sure to include appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
• Shoes: Black shoes
• Bags: Clutch/purse/ bag with personal items/IDs, mini deodorant to re-apply, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
• Wedding card: if applicable
• BM: Don’t forget your speech (ideally not read off of your phone) If you need it printed, please send it to caelee@ohanaevents.com beforehand!
• Responsibilities:
  • Tayler: hanging dress up night before at Claridge, steam brigade, pick up fruit platter
  • Jessica: Steam brigade

Groomsmen:

– Wedding Day Outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, vest, tie-clip, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square 
– Cell phones, IDs, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card: if applicable
