Friday, March 13
| 3:00pm | All bridesmaids drop off their dresses in Blair’s room by 3pm if possible! | |||

| 4:30pm | Ceremony rehearsal at the Biltmore, at the Back Lawn (Saturday’s ceremony location) | |||
| 6:00pm | Rehearsal dinner at the Bayshore Club | |||
| 8:30pm | More guests arrive for Welcome Drinks at the Bayshore Club | |||

Saturday, March 14
| 7:15am | All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Biltmore, in Blair’s bridal suite Einstein’s Bagels for breakfast Hair & makeup team arrives for set up | |||
| 7:30am | Hair & Makeup services begin *see full schedule at the bottom of this page* | |||
| 11:30am | Groomsmen arrive at the Biltmore conference room to relax and hang out with Taylor Lunch is delivered for the groomsmen, snacks are available for the bridesmaids | |||
| 12:00pm | Photography team and content creator arrives at the hotel | |||
| 12:20pm | Blair and Taylor exchange gifts in the morning from one another (separately) | |||
| 12:30pm | ALL hair and makeup completed | |||
| 12:40pm | Blair & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits – Photo of Blair & Cathy – Photo of Blair & sister-in-laws – Photo of Blair & Christine – Photo of the bridesmaids in the suite → Then Emily immediately puts on her dress! | |||
| 1:00pm | Emily (MOH) helps Blair get dressed | |||
| 1:10pm | Bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately than Blair, in the bridal suite | |||
| 1:25pm | All ladies are fully dressed, first look with the bridesmaids in the bridal suite | |||
| 1:35pm | Blair’s first look with her Mom & Dad in the bridal suite | |||
| 2:15pm | All the ladies head downstairs to take photos around the Biltmore Blair’s touch up kit is brought with! Parents relax in their rooms or wherever they want to be! | |||
| 2:45pm | All of the groomsmen grab all of their belongings and bring them to their guest rooms. Break time for the guys Taylor heads to the terrace area for the first look | |||
| 2:55pm | Photos of the bridesmaids finishes up, and the ladies grab their things from Blair’s suite and drop off their belongings to their guest rooms (so Blair’s room can be cleaned up!). Break time for the ladies. | |||

| 4:15pm | Wedding party (bridesmaids + groomsmen) meet in the lobby | |||

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies
1. Blair is providing getting ready outfits for you, so just wear something comfortable until you get in the suite!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Wedding day shoes: wear whatever looks good with your dress!
4. Nail color: apply whatever you are feeling good in!
5. Wedding day Jewelry: wear whatever feels good with your dress!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Emily & Cathy: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Please email to Danielle@ohanaevents.com by Friday, March 13 if you want her to print this for you!

Gentlemen
1. Black tuxedo: Black dress shoes, black socks, black tux pants, button down tux shirt, tux studs, black bowtie, and jacket from the Black Tux.
2. Taylor is gifting everyone their cufflinks and pocket squares!
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in, you’ll be in a conference room (not a hotel room)
4. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need (do not put these items in your pants pockets during photos though)
5. Wedding card – if applicable
