TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, AUGUST 23

8:00am	Rehearsal at Olympia Fields Country Club
4:00pm	Welcome drinks at Cooper’s Hawk in Orland Park (ends at 7:00pm) *open invite for guests in town!
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Olympia Fields Country Club

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24

8:00am	Carter & Ryan play a round of golf at Olympia Fields Country Club
9:10am	Bri & the ladies arrive at their getting ready suite in the Women’s Locker Room (at Olympia Fields Country Club) Beauty team arrives for setup
9:30am	Hair + Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
10:00am	Light continental brunch is served to the ladies while getting ready
12:30pm	Once Carter & Ryan finish up their round, they will grab lunch & hang out in The Vault (open invite for any & all guys that are around!)
1:00pm	Photo and video teams arrive on-site
2:00pm	Bri reads her note from Carter, with photo & video teams present
2:15pm	All hair and makeup completed
2:20pm	Bri & the ladies put on their dresses separately Emily (MOH) to help Bri in her dress
2:40pm	Bri’s first look with her mom
2:50pm	Bri’s first look with her dad
3:05pm	Bri’s immediate family gathers for a few portraits: 1) Bri with her dad 2) Bri with her mom 3) Bri with her immediate family (Pam, Hans, Emily, Eric) 4) Bri & her sister
3:15pm	Carter gets dressed in his wedding day attire
3:20pm	Guest shuttle begins pick up routes for guests at Wingate by Wyndham, Holiday Inn & La Quinta Inn
3:30pm	Carter’s “getting ready” photos are captured Carter reads his note from Bri, captured by photo & video teams
3:55pm	Carter, Donna & Ryan gather for a few portraits:  1) Carter with his mom 2) Carter and Ryan
4:00pm	Guests begin to arrive to OFCC Emily (Ohana Events) makes sure Eric has the rings
4:30pm	Ceremony begins! Processional of officiant (Eric) & bride’s grandma (Jo) Carter to escort his grandma (Lee) Carter to escort Mother of the Bride (Pam) Carter to escort his mom (Donna) Processional of Maid of Honor (Emily) and Best Man (Ryan)  → Emily and Ryan to stand on either side of them  Processional of Bri and Father of the Bride (Hans) Ceremony Details: Eric to make a NO cell phone announcement (as a part of his welcome) 1 Reading by Carter’s aunt, Michelle Bates
5:00pm	They’re married! Cocktail hour begins on the patio
5:05pm	Immediately following the end of ceremony, family photos begin in the Normandy Room: Bri &  Carter with MOH & BM: Ryan, Emily Bri & Carter with Bri’s immediate family (Pam, Hans, Emily, Eric) Bri & Carter with Bri’s immediate family + Grandma Jo  Bri & Carter with Bri’s parents (Pam & Hans) Bri, Pam & Grandma Jo Bri, Carter & Grandma Jo Bri & Carter with Pam, Hans, Donna Bri & Carter with Donna Carter, Donna, Grandma Lee Bri & Carter, Donna, Grandma Lee  Bri & Carter with both immediate families + Grandparents: (Pam, Hans, Emily, Eric, Donna, Grandma Jo, Grandma Lee)
5:25pm	Family photos complete, Bri & Carter take portraits around the property
6:00pm	Once Bri & Carter return from photos, Emily (MOH) helps Bri bustle her dress
6:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into The Pavilion Room Parents, maid of honor, best man and Bri/Carter gather in the pre-function space to line up for introductions
6:30pm	Parents, maid of honor, best man and Bri/Carter get introduced into the room
6:35pm	Blessing by Carter’s Uncle, Ben
6:40pm	Dinner begins
6:45pm	After guests have a few minutes to enjoy their salads, parent speeches: 1) Hans, Father of the Bride  2) Donna, Mother of the Groom
7:50pm	After all entrées are plated, additional speeches begin:  1) Emily, MOH  2) Ryan, BM 3) Bri and Carter say a short & sweet “thank you”
8:10pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Open dance floor!!!
9:00pm	Guest shuttle begins making trips back to all three hotels
11:00pm	Reception’s Over 🙁 After party in The 1915 Club
11:30pm	Final shuttle service leaves the club and takes guests back to all three hotels

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
• IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
• Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind
• Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
• Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each lady getting hair/makeup done has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
