7:00am	Everyone receiving beauty services arrive at Guesthouse Hotel Light breakfast delivered from ___ Hair stylist arrives for setup

9:00am	Shelley and family arrives at River Room with decor items
9:30am	Bri’s other wedding party members (not getting beauty services) arrives at Guesthouse, ** must be ready by 12pm! ** Brunch delivered from ___ for the ladies Ryan’s clean up services are complete Ryan and family head back home for lunch with the rest of the party  Ryan and party arrives at Bri and Ryan’s apartment to hang out

4:00pm	ALL photos completed OE runs mini rehearsal
4:30pm	Ushers and Program Passers (Adam & Allison) are ready for guest arrival Bar is open for guests as they arrive
4:45pm	Live prelude music begins Ohana Events checks that the mothers (Laurie & Denise) has the wedding rings Guest hotel shuttle arrives (stays parked on Rockwell)
4:55pm	Wedding party begins to line up for the processional
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:45pm	Bri & Ryan are married!!! Cocktail hour begins inside Immediately following end of ceremony, extended family begin at the altar
6:40pm	Bri and Ryan’s first dance takes place on the patio
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends; curtains open and guests invited in for dinner
7:00pm	Introductions begin: 1) wedding party, altogether, as a group 2) Bri & Ryan
7:05pm	Welcome and toast by Bri & Ryan
7:20pm	After all salads are served, speeches begin: 1) Bri’s dad (Terry) 2) Fayola 3) Steve
7:30pm	After speeches, special dances begin: 1) Bri and her dad (Terry) 2) Ryan and his mom (Denise)
8:15pm	Dance floor officially opens!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Anyone going to the after party starts walking and/or ordering rideshares to Pete’s Place Everyone going back to the hotel boards the shuttle ALL personal/sentimental items go with ___ ALL decor items go home into a Uhaul (leaving overnight)
11:15pm	After party begins at Pete’s Place Shuttle service departs for Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont
11:45pm	Shuttle arrives to Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies!

1. Bri will provide getting ready outfits so please arrive to the hotel in your outfits
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day (minimal, subtle jewelry)
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes (nude, silver, or gold)
5. Neutral nail polish!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Nikole & Fayola: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

1. Wedding day outfit: black shoes, dark dress socks black pants, suspenders, white button down, cuff links, black bow ties, black peak lapel jacket
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
