Friday, October 11th

3:00pm	Check in available at Hampton Inn
4:45pm	Rehearsal at Crystal Tree Country Club
5:30pm	Rehearsal must end
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Tazza

Saturday, October 12th

6:45am	Bridesmaids & Moms arrive at Brianne’s parent’s house Brunch will be provided 2 hair stylists & 2 makeup artists arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair + makeup services begin **see schedule below**
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at CTCC (Crystal Room) for the groomsmen
11:30am	Lunch at 19th Hole (restaurant at Crystal Tree) for the groomsmen
12:50pm	Photographer 1 & Videographer 1 arrives at Brianne’s parent’s house Photographer 2 & Videographer 2 arrives at CTCC Personal floral (bouquets) delivered to Brianne’s parent’s house
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Beauty team takes a half hour break Brianne & bridesmaids take photos in their getting ready robes
1:10pm	Brianne, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:30pm	Brianne’s first look with bridesmaids Touch up services begin
1:40pm	Brianne’s first look with dad at the house
1:50pm	Brianne’s mom’s friends take all the ladies over to CTCC
2:00pm	First look at CTCC Brianne & Napoleon use the decorated golf card around the property
2:30pm	Wedding party photos begin around CTCC
3:00pm	Beauty touch up services end
3:30pm	Family begins arriving at the venue Nick is in charge of bringing Benny to the venue
3:40pm	Family pictures begin at CTCC
4:00pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party gets tucked away in the bridal suite Guests begin arriving
4:30pm	Ceremony begins in the grass area Officiant nonchalantly appears at the front and makes a NO cell phone announcement Processional
5:00pm	Ceremony ends Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar Cocktail hour begins inside the Andrew Room
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends
6:20pm	Introductions begin (parents and bridal party introduced)
6:25pm	Welcome and toast by Father of the Bride, Richard Pape
6:30pm	Blessing by Jeff Bragiel (cousin of the bride) Soup is served
7:00pm	Salads are served and bread baskets placed on tables After salads are plated, speeches (round 1) begin: 1) Greg (Father of Groom ~ 1-3 min)
7:50pm	After entrees are plated, speeches (round 2) begin: 2) Brittany (MOH ~ 3-5 min) 3) Vito (BM ~ 3-5 min)
8:20pm	Brianne and Napoleon say their “thank you” First dance Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Guests invited to the dance floor!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

1. Brianne will be providing robes to get ready in the morning, please wear a combination of something comfy with shorts and a cami to wear underneath
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Brianne will be providing earrings and bracelets for the bridesmaids! If you want to wear other accessories, please wear gold.
4. Nude colored heels are preferred for wedding day outfit (avoid stilettos as ceremony is outside)
5. Neutral/pink colored nail polish is preferred (vs. a loud / bright color)
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Speech for dinner (or free style it — ideally please do not read off of your phone — says our wedding planner)

Gents!

1. Wedding day attire: Bring your complete black suits with the Hyde white dress shirt, a black belt, and a silver in color watch
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Speech for dinner (or free style it — ideally please do not read off of your phone — says our wedding planner)
