TIMELINE OF EVENTS

SATURDAY, JULY 5

3:00pm	Check in available at the Sofitel hotel
1:30pm	Rehearsal at The Honeycomb
4-6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Wildfire River North
7-9:00pm	Welcome drinks at Sofitel

SUNDAY, JULY 6

6:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Sofitel Hotel Breakfast will be provided Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:05am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see informal schedule below**
9-10am	Groomsmen arrive at Sofitel Prestige Suite to relax and hang out with Casey
10:30am	Lunch is delivered for the wedding party
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Casey & the guys are fully dressed at this time
11:45am	Brittani & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits After photos, everyone puts on their dresses separately
12:30pm	Brittani’s first look with bridesmaids in the Sofitel Suite
12:40pm	Brittani’s first look with dad in the Sofitel Suite Casey & Photo 2 (Sarah) make their way to first look location *likely outside, but day-of decision
12:50pm	Brittani & Photo 1 (Katy) make their way to first look location
1:00pm	First look at the Sofitel *likely outside, but day-of decision
1:15pm	39 pax Mini Bus arrives at Sofitel for wedding party
1:30pm	Wedding party heads to the lobby and boards the shuttle Jackson (groomsman) is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
1:45pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around Cafe Brauer
2:45pm	Family begins arriving at Cafe Brauer
3:00pm	Ohana Events runs a Mini rehearsal at the HoneyComb
3:15pm	After mini rehearsal, Tyler G & Tyler M go to Visitors Center to get a couple wheelchairs for older guests
3:20pm	Family pictures begin on the grounds around Cafe Brauer (likely on the South Bridge)
4:00pm	ALL photos completed Everyone in processional heads inside of Cafe Brauer to relax until ceremony start time  **Ketubah signing will be at this time
4:20pm	Signing of the Ketubah & Marriage License on the North Loggia  Wedding party, parents & everyone else within processional are included Juliette Bolea & Brooke Murovannyy (both are non-wedding party) are witnesses for the Marriage License Dylan Abrams & Lori Weiss are witnesses for the Ketubah
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving to ceremony location Brittani touches up her makeup within Cafe Brauer Ushers (Jeremy Warren & Max Warren) go to ceremony site
5:00pm	Ceremony begins at the Honeycomb
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on the North Loggia
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited to take their seats
6:45pm	Introductions into the room begin
6:50pm	Immediately after intros, Brittani & Casey have their first dance
6:55pm	Welcome & toast by Brittani’s parents, Cheryl & Marc
7:00pm	Blessing/breaking of the bread by both grandparents alongside Rabbi David
7:05pm	Dinner service begins
7:15pm	Once salads are plated, Casey’s parents are invited up to speak, Sandra & Howard
7:55pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Sheridan 2. Cole  3. Matt 4. Alex
8:20pm	Specialty dances begin!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! Informal after party at Ranalli’s Lincoln Park

LADIES SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Wear something comfortable to get ready in, but know that you’ll be changing! Please ensure to bring/wear the slippers that Brittani gifted to you!
2. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes (nude shoes)
3. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Sheridan – speech for dinner!
6. Wedding card (if applicable)

Gentlemen

1. Groomsmen’s FULL wedding day outfit: Cotton dress shirt, Black bow tie, Tuxedo pants, tuxedo jacket, leather shoes from Black Tux – pocket square will be provided on the day-of
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need for wedding day
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
4. Cole, Matt & Alex – speeches for dinner!
5. Tyler Munro and Tyler Galdes will be helping with the wheelchairs prior to ceremony
