9-10am | Groomsmen arrive at Sofitel Prestige Suite to relax and hang out with Casey | |

11:45am | Brittani & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits After photos, everyone puts on their dresses separately | |

12:40pm | Brittani’s first look with dad in the Sofitel Suite Casey & Photo 2 (Sarah) make their way to first look location *likely outside, but day-of decision | |

3:00pm | Ohana Events runs a Mini rehearsal at the HoneyComb | |
3:15pm | After mini rehearsal, Tyler G & Tyler M go to Visitors Center to get a couple wheelchairs for older guests | |
3:20pm | Family pictures begin on the grounds around Cafe Brauer (likely on the South Bridge) | |
4:00pm | ALL photos completed Everyone in processional heads inside of Cafe Brauer to relax until ceremony start time **Ketubah signing will be at this time | |

LADIES SCHEDULE:
Beauty Pointers!
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…
Ladies
1. Wear something comfortable to get ready in, but know that you’ll be changing! Please ensure to bring/wear the slippers that Brittani gifted to you!
2. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes (nude shoes)
3. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Sheridan – speech for dinner!
6. Wedding card (if applicable)
Gentlemen
1. Groomsmen’s FULL wedding day outfit: Cotton dress shirt, Black bow tie, Tuxedo pants, tuxedo jacket, leather shoes from Black Tux – pocket square will be provided on the day-of
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need for wedding day
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
4. Cole, Matt & Alex – speeches for dinner!
5. Tyler Munro and Tyler Galdes will be helping with the wheelchairs prior to ceremony
