TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 22

4:00pm	Carmen and Adam to drop off personal items and decor at Section House Kevin to transport and drop off ceremony arch at Section House
5:00pm	Rehearsal at Section House
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at the Timothy’s Restaurant
8:00pm	Rehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, September 23

8:30am	Chinese Tea Ceremony Begins at Carmen’s Parent’s Airbnb TBD groomsmen picks up breakfast /bakery items at ________ for the morning
9:30am	Chinese Tea Ceremony Concludes
9:45am	Daniela to head to Section House for makeup services (10am start)
10:00am	Hair and Makeup Services Begin **see schedule at the bottom of this timeline** Camila, Carmen & moms head to Section House, The Loft, for getting ready
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Section House to relax and hang out with Adam
12:00pm	Lunch picked up by Kevin/ Mac from Froehlich’s (for the entire wedding party)
1:00pm	Photographer (Laura) arrives
1:10pm	Adam and all guys are fully dressed and ready to take “getting ready photos” with Laura
1:50pm	Laura to head to the ladies to shoot getting ready coverage
2:00pm	Wedding Party ladies hair and makeup completed Carmen & her party take a photo in their getting ready outfits
2:20pm	Carmen & Carmen’s party put on their wedding day outfits separately
2:45pm	Carmen’s dress “Reveal” with Carmen’s party in her suite Priscilla’s beauty services complete
3:00pm	Individual wedding party photos to be taken during this time  Carmen takes photos with her party, Adam takes photos with his party (separately)
3:45pm	Family (that are in photos) begin to arrive at Section House
4:00pm	Family pictures begin Kim’s beauty services completed *Adam and Carmen are not seeing each other before the ceremony! Adam to be in groom’s suite while Carmen’s family goes first, vise versa  All wedding party (who are not family) can relax in the suites
4:25pm	ALL individual family photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away *separately* in their suites
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving at The Section House  Del makes sure he has both wedding bands before the ceremony begins
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:30pm	Ceremony ends, cocktail hour begins Officiant, Carmen and Adam sign the marriage license Extended / combined family photos begin Wedding party takes photos immediately after family photos so don’t go too far!
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends Wedding party — we suggest that you can find where your seat is and then go by the bar area to prepare for introductions
6:45pm	Wedding Party Introductions: Zach (“Del”)  Naoki and Paula  Daniela (“Dani”) and Andy Camila and Mac Xavier and Kevin Carmen and Adam are introduced as “Mr. & Mrs. Adam and Carmen Sheets”
7:00pm	Dinner service begins
7:30pm	After everyone has gone up to the pizza buffet, speeches begin:  **Ideally speeches are all between 1-3 minutes** 1. Father of the Bride, Liao Chi Kuang 2. 3.
8:00pm	Dance party!!!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 After Party at Sideyard Kim’s car is available for decor & cards/ gifts at the end of the night

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Please bring 1-2 inspiration photos of what you want done with your hair + makeup.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty services.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

WEDDING PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES

Kevin: Bring and install wedding arch *Important Note: This needs to be removed at the end of the wedding
Xavier: Assist Carmen with bustling her dress after post-ceremony family photos
Bridesmates: Please bring a steamer or two
Del: Officiant // If you need anything printed, please send it to Emily@ohanaevents.com before Saturday

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

Getting Ready Outfit: Feel free to arrive in something comfortable to hang out in!
Wedding day outfit: including dress, shoes and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
Jewelry: Carmen will be providing earrings for everyone 🙂
Nail Polish: ideally not something super neon/bright. Neutral colors work great!
Clutch/purse: with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc. — all items can be stored in the venue’s bridal suite the entire time but it’s nice to keep your items contained in a purse.
Wedding card: if applicable

Gents

Gentlemen’s wedding day outfit: dark brown shoes, socks, pants, brown belt, white button down, jacket. Adam is providing ties and pocket squares.
Pocket squares: PLEASE either bring these flat / uncreased when you arrive (plan to fold them together).
Misc.: Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
Getting Ready Outfit: Arrive in something comfortable
Wedding card: if applicable
