Rehearsal dinner at the RPM Seafood

2:00pm	Claire to check in to her suite at the Ambassador Hotel
2:15pm	Hair & makeup artists arrive for set up in Claire’s suite
3:00pm	Check in available at Hotel Lincoln
4:45pm	Rehearsal at St Michael Catholic Church in Old Town
6:30-9:30pm	Welcome drinks at the J. Parker

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22

7:30am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Ambassador Hotel – Terrace Suite East Breakfast will be available for the ladies Hair & makeup arrive for setup Claire lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
7:45am	Hair & makeup services begin! **see full schedule below**
10:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Hotel Lincoln – The Library to relax and hang out with Phil Lunch available for the bridesmaids Lunch delivered from the hotel for the groomsmen
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Claire & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Claire, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately (after photo) Claire’s father, Mike, is dressed and ready for the first look Mara (OE) arrives at The Ambassador Hotel
12:00pm	Claire’s first look with bridesmaids in her suite Trolley to pick up Phil & the groomsmen to head to the Ambassador
12:10pm	Claire’s first look with dad on the patio of Claire’s suite at the Ambassador Hotel Phil & groomsmen arrive at the Ambassador
12:20pm	First look in on the patio of Claire’s suite at the Ambassador Hotel
12:30pm	Claire, Phil & wedding party boards the trolley to heads to Union Station Mitch is in charge of the cooler with beer & seltzers items and ice inside Note: Everything must be out of Claire’s suite, so please bring on the bus or make other arrangements for your belongings!
1:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Union Station
2:00pm	Wedding party photos conclude & trolley heads to St. Michael Catholic Church Signature Transportation first guest pickup at Airbnb (1359 N Wells) Ushers (Scott Deal, Joseph Dorigo, Ryan Stortz, Molly Lynch, and Cameron Gross) go to ceremony site
2:10pm	Guest shuttle pickup at Hotel Lincoln
2:20pm	Guest shuttle drops first group of guests at the church
2:30pm	Guest shuttle pickup at Hotel Lincoln Wedding party arrives at the church
2:40pm	Final guest shuttle drop off at the church Guest shuttle stations at church
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
4:00pm	Immediate family photos begin immediately after the ceremony Ushers to pass out bubbles as guests walk out of the church
4:25pm	Grand exit with bubbles
4:30pm	Claire, Phil & wedding party board the trolley & head to Cafe Brauer Signature Transportation begins bringing guests to Cafe Brauer
4:40pm	Wedding party arrives at Cafe Brauer & wedding party photos begin in front of Cafe Brauer Guest shuttle & Trolley to head back to the church to pick up a group of guests to bring to Cafe Brauer
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins! Cloud9 Trolley services conclude Wedding party photos conclude & they can join cocktail hour Claire bustles & touches up her makeup in the bridal suite  Final guest shuttle drop off
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into The Great Hall
6:15pm	Parents honored at their seats & wedding party intros! –> wedding party to have their napkins!
6:20pm	Claire & Phil’s first dance
6:25pm	Welcome and toast by the bride’s parent’s, Julie & Mike!
6:30pm	Blessing by Father James Ritch
6:35pm	Dinner begins!
7:25pm	Speeches begin 1. Kate Moran “Sister of the Bride” (5 mins) 2. Ben Mazza “Friend of the couple” speeches (5 mins)
8:00pm	Dancing begins!
9:00pm	Continuous shuttle begins to & from the hotels
12:00am	Party’s over 🙁
12:30am	After party at Ranalli’s!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), even if you plan on a blowout, please arrive with dry hair – the stylist will spritz your hair with water.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day.
– No white manicures please 🙂

Ladies!
– Claire will be providing a pajama set so come in comfy clothes but be prepared to change that morning!
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments. Please have your dress steamed by Friday night!
– Wedding day shoes (black shoes only), earrings (gifted by Claire) & any other preferred simple gold accessories
– Clutch/purse to hold personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable!

Gents!
– ALL Wedding day attire pieces: shoes, socks, pants, cummerbund, button down, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, cufflinks
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card, if applicable!
