TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 29

7:00pm

Welcome Event at the Heritage Room on the 2nd floor of the Union League Club

Saturday, September 30

10:00am	Family who are getting hair + makeup done arrive at Claire and Steeg’s apartment Breakfast is provided Hair stylist & makeup artist arrive for setup
10:30am	Hair and Makeup services begin *see detailed schedule at bottom of this page*
12:30pm	Lunch is provided
1:30pm	Final hair & makeup touchups
1:45pm	Claire, sisters and moms put on dresses
1:50pm	Everyone packs up their bags and heads outside to board transportation
2:00pm	Claire & Steeg (+ family) depart in car
2:40pm	Claire & Steeg (+ family) arrive at Aquatorium
2:45pm	Claire & Steeg portraits at Aquatorium
3:25pm	Mini Rehearsal
3:30pm	Family pictures begin
3:50pm	Guests begin arriving at Aquatorium
4:00pm	1st Cocktail Hour begins Claire touches up her hair + makeup Ohana Events checks that the officiant has the wedding rings
4:45pm	Ceremony begins Officiant walks to center of the courtyard
5:00pm	Ceremony ends Bubble send-off (Kaiden & Brantley to blow bubbles as Claire & Steeg walk back down the aisle)
5:00pm	2nd Cocktail Hour begins
5:15pm	1st set of speeches begin (3-5 minutes each) 1. Denise 2. Eric
5:45pm	2nd set of speeches begin (3-5 minutes each) 1. Jack + translation by Lilia 2. Gea
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends (no introductions, don’t worry!) Dinner begins!
6:10pm	Welcome & toast by Steeg
7:05pm	3rd set of speeches begin once everyone has been served their second course 1. Roman 2. Kristine
7:50pm	Final set of speeches begin once everyone has been served their third course 1. Ray 2. Maia
8:00pm	Claire says a “thank you”
8:10pm	Dance time!
10:00pm	The best wedding EVER is officially over 🙁
10:20pm	One bus takes guests back to Chicago (Union League Club) and then drops guests off at Adalina
11:00pm	After Party in Chicago

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your service includes a blowout. Anyone with damp hair will be asked to step away and finish blow-drying their hair.
• If you have curly hair and you do not wish to wear your natural curl, please wash and blow-dry your hair straight. Do not straighten with a flat iron.
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each lady has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

1. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
2. There are no rules on what to wear in the morning, just wear something comfortable!
3. Shoes for getting ready
4. Shoes for your wedding day outfit
5. Jewelry: rings, bracelets, earrings (if applicable)
6. Clutch/purse for personal items/IDs, phone, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding Card (if applicable)
8. Denise, Gea, Kristine & Maia – Make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally your speech is printed rather than read off of your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to asmandarino@gmail.com if you need it printed).

Men

1. Wedding day outfit including: STEEG TO CONFIRM what should be included here:shoes, socks, pants, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket & pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in so you don’t have to be in your wedding outfit all day
4. Eric, Jack, Roman & Ray – Make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally your speech is printed rather than read off of your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to asmandarino@gmail.com if you need it printed).
5. Steven – please remember to hold the wedding bands before the ceremony begins!
