TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, November 4

3:00pm	Check in available at the Langham Chicago
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at Erie Cafe
9:00pm	Rehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, November 5

8:15am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at The Langham, bridal suite Breakfast is being provided
8:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin *see schedule below*
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Langham in Michael’s suite to relax and hang out Lunch is being provided
11:45am	Videography team arrives (so men, please make sure you’re almost all the way dressed)
12:00pm	Photography team arrives
1:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Cristina & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:25pm	Cristina, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses together
1:45pm	Guys pack up all their bags and everyone clears their belongings out of Michael’s room → Mara calls a bellman to help move Michael’s belongings to Cristina’s suite
2:00pm	Michael & Cristina’s first look [privately]!
2:15pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the hotel (both inside and outside near the river
3:15pm	Wedding party makes their way to the ballroom level
3:30pm	Mini rehearsal in the ceremony location so everyone knows where they will be standing (there will be a stage which makes it more difficult to guess where you’re standing)
3:40pm	Family pictures begin in the ballroom on the stage
4:00pm	ALL photos are completed, as guests will begin arriving into the ballroom Cristina and her ladies head back to the bridal suite to relax Michael and his men can relax on the 3rd floor (or freshen up in a suite if needed) Ushers (Brian Wendt & Eric Wendt) are at the ceremony location with programs
4:30pm	Ceremony begins
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins –> All wedding party who are family should immediately head to the lobby (2nd floor) for extended family photos –> All non-family wedding party can enjoy cocktail hour!
6:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited back into the ballroom
6:30pm	Parent + wedding party introductions begin Welcome and toast by Michael’s Dad, Bob
6:40pm	Dinner service begins
7:30pm	After salads are plated, speeches begin:  1. Michael’s Mom 2. Cristina’s Mom
8:00pm	After entrées are plated, more speeches begin:  1. Cristina’s friend, Ryann, sings a song 2. Jenna & Gia 3. Jonathan
8:15pm	Dance Party!!
1:00am	Party’s Over!! 🙁

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS:

1. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
2. Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
3. Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
4. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Cristina will be providing a silk robe to get ready in and a shawl for outdoor photos
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready and shoes for your wedding day outfit (black preferred, ideally something comfortable you can wear the entire day)
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Jewelry – your call if you want to wear anything, as long as they’re not statement pieces. Gold, silver, black, and rose gold suffice.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Jenna & Gia & Susan & Karen — Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!

Gents

1. Arrive at the hotel in something comfortable to hangout in
2. Wedding day outfit (including black bow tie + white pocket squares). Please make sure to fold every pocket square the same way! The most common/easy option is a straight flat line.
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Jonathan — Speeches for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!
