Friday, October 21

4:00pm	Check in available at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel
6:00pm	Rehearsal at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel
7:30-9:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Carmines in Rosemont

Saturday, October 22

6:15am	Bridesmaids & mom arrive at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel (Suite 333) Makeup artist 1 arrives for setup
6:30am	Makeup services begin with artist 1
6:40am	Hair stylists arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair services begin Makeup artist 2 arrives for setup
7:15am	Makeup services begin with artist 2
8:30am	Breakfast delivered from Einstein Bagels by step-father for the bridesmaids
9:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Daisy’s house to relax and hang out with Anthony Lunch delivered at Daisy’s house for the groomsmen
10:30am	Photographer 1 (Teresa Williams) arrives at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel Photographer 2 (Sarah McLimore) arrives at Anthony’s moms house Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to the Loews Hotel
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Danielle & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Danielle, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses on Party bus arrives at Anthony’s moms house to pick up the groomsmen  Nick/Guzman in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol/beverages items and ice insi
11:45am	Party bus departs and heads to the Loews Hotel
11:50am	Anthony and Photo/Video get set up for the first look in Artist Wing of the Loews Hotel Groomsmen remain on the party bus
12:00pm	Danielle’s first look with parents (dad, step dad, step mom and MIL) in the bridal suite *Danielle & Photographer 1 (Teresa) immediately head to the first look location
12:15pm	First look in the Artist Wing of the Loews Hotel Danielle and Anthony read notes/vows to each other Wedding party heads to the lobby and boards the party bus
12:30pm	Danielle & Anthony board the bus & they depart
1:30pm	Party bus arrives at Cantigny Park for photos
1:35pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Cantigny Park
3:00pm	Wedding party boards the party bus & heads back to the Loews hotel
4:00pm	Wedding party arrives at Loews Hotel **ladies move all personal items from the getting ready area **Sandwiches will be available in Suite 333 for the full bridal party while Danielle and Anthony take family photos Family begins heading to Artist Wing in the Loews Hotel
5:15pm	Ceremony begins in the Cassatt Ballroom
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Artist Foyer
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Avedon ballroom
7:20pm	Introductions into the room begin
7:25pm	Welcome and toast by Danielle & Anthony
7:35am	Dinner service begins
9:15pm	After entrée are plated, speeches begin:  1. Nicole (MOH) 2. Nick (BM)  3. Anthony (BM)
9:45pm	Dance party!!
12:00am	Party’s over! 🙁

1. Danielle will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing.
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Accessories for wedding day
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Nicole – Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gents

1. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
3. Wedding day outfit from Generation Tux! Including: shoes, socks, pants, button down, vest, cufflinks, ties, jacket, pocket square
4. Nick & Anthony G – Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
