Hi family and friends! How excited are you for Dee & Dan’s big day?!
We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into their wedding weekend.

THURSDAY, MAY 1

6:00-9:00pmWelcome party at Corcoran’s for any in town guests

12:00pmDan & helpers drop off ALL venue decor at LM Studio

3:00pmCheck in available at the Viceroy hotel
Dee preps the room by laying out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer & hangs dress + veil in a pretty spot!
4:00pmRehearsal at St. James Chapel (835 North Rush Street)
5:00-8:30pmRehearsal dinner at Tre Dita (401 E Wacker Drive)
8:00pmContinued informal welcome party at Fadó Irish Pub (100 W Grand Ave)

SATURDAY, MAY 3

Bridal party to sort out if their day-of outfits are already in the suite (night before) or being brought on the day-f!
8:00amBridal party carries out breakfast from Somerset (hotel restaurant) as wanted
8:45amAll ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Goldplaited – River North
9:00amHair & makeup services begin **see informal schedule below**
10:00amGroomsmen arrive at Viceroy Chicago to relax and hang out with Dan
Lunch delivered from Summerhouse Santa Monica for the bridesmaids
Groomsmen have lunch at Sommerset restaurant
12:00pmPersonal Floral (bouquets/bouts) delivered to Viceroy groom’s room
→ Dan receives floral & gets it into the bridal suite
1:00pmALL hair and makeup completed
All ladies Uber from Goldplaited back to the Viceroy to get dressed
**double check that you have ALL belongings!
1:15pmEveryone from Goldplaited arrives at Viceroy 
Immediately Dee, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:45pmDee’s first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready suite 
Ray (FOB) is waiting outside Dee’s suite ready for the first look
1:55pmDee’s first look with dad in the getting ready suite
After first looks, photo/video head to the church to get set up earlier
2:00pm20-Exec LimoBus arrives at Viceroy
Ohana Events (Jenna) arrives at the church
2:10pmBridal party heads to the lobby and boards the shuttle
**Ladies ensure to have ALL personal floral brought to church!
2:20pmBridal party arrives at St. James Chapel & get tucked away

Daniel & groomsmen order UBER Blacks to St. James Chapel **to arrive at 2:30pm
2:30pmGuests begin arriving 
Ushers (Mike Deedigan and Brian Peisker) go to ceremony site
Groomsmen arrive at the church & get tucked away | photo will get some photos at this time

3:00pmCeremony begins in St. James Chapel
4:00pmImmediately following end of ceremony, immediate family pictures begin at the altar
39 Passenger shuttle arrive at St. James Chapel for guest transportation
4:15pmGuest shuttles depart & head to LM Studio
4:30pmALL family photos completed
Guest shuttles arrive at LM Studio
→ Kitty O’Sheas is across the street for guests to have a drink prior to the cocktail start!
4:35pmWedding party boards LimoBus & heads to Adler Planetarium
–> includes all significant others (Ryan, Mike, Brian & Katie), photo, video & planner
5:00pmCocktail hour begins in the Atrium (1st Floor)
Wedding party photos begin at Adler Planetarium
5:50pmWedding party photos are completed
Everyone reboards the LimoBus and heads to LM Studio
6:00pmCocktail hour ends & guests are invited into LM Studio (2nd Floor) for reception
LimoBus arrives at LM Studio – everyone waits on lobby floor until Jenna grabs them!
6:20pmIntroductions into the room begin
6:25pmImmediately after intros, Dee & Dan are invited up to speak to give their thank you/welcome
6:45pmSpeeches begin:
1) Eimear
2) Tim
3) Ray
7:00pmReception stations open up
8:00pmSpecial dances begin!
12:00amParty’s Over!!
After party at Pippin’s Tavern (until 2:30am)
Fiona, Eimear & Simon ensure the Bridal Bouquet is safely brought home are also in charge of cards & gifts
12:15amShuttle service (39 pax) from LM Studio to Pippin’s Tavern for after party!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

1. Wear something comfortable to get ready in!
2. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes
3. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Speech for dinner
6. Wedding card (if applicable)

Gentlemen

1. Groomsmen’s FULL wedding day outfit
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need for wedding day
3. Speech for dinner
4. Wedding card (if applicable)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Wedding Party: Make sure to have an ID on you for wedding party photos!!
2. Eimear, Fiona & Simon: in charge of taking home Dee’s bouquet AND all cards/gifts to store at the hotel!
3. Bridal Party: plan ahead on where your wedding day outfit will be prior to the day-of! As soon as you’re done with services, ladies will need to be getting dressed as soon as you’re back from the hotel & in Dee’s suite for photos!
4. Groomsmen: once you are all at the church, photo will take some mock getting ready photos, so please all be ready in the designated room you’ll have!
5. Mike Deedigan & Brian Peisker: ushers for ceremony!
