Thursday, October 17th

4:30pm	Ceremony Rehearsal at Skyline Loft
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at The Kitchen

Friday, October 18th

8:00am	Hair stylists & makeup artists arrive at theWit to setup All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive to Diana’s suite, at theWit *Please make sure all dresses for the day are steamed before you arrive
8:15am	Breakfast will be provided from Panera —> Amanda/Amber, please make sure food has arrived and help pick up in lobby & setup for the ladies
8:30am	Hair + makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:30am	Groomsmen arrive at theWit hotel to relax and hang out with Jason
11:00am	Personal floral is delivered to Diana’s suite
11:30am	Lunch delivered from Land & Lake Kitchen for the guys
12:00pm	Photographer & videographer arrive at the hotel
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed
12:30am	Diana & bridesmaids take a photo in their robes
12:40am	Diana, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:45pm	Jason and the groomsmen are dressed in their wedding day attire & ready for  the photo and video team
1:05pm	Diana’s first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready suite
1:15pm	Diana’s first look with her dad & her brother in her suite  Wedding party shuttle bus arrives at theWit Wedding party heads downstairs and boards the shuttle —> Amber is in charge of making sure everyone boards the shuttle before 1:40pm! *Evan Hillestad is in charge of the cooler with waters and snacks *Bridesmaid bouquets are brought IN the vases on the party bus *Don’t forget flower girl basket and petals
1:30pm	Diana & Jason’s first look!! -Make sure to have your personal vows with you!
1:45pm	Diana & Jason meet their wedding party on the shuttle
1:55pm	Shuttle departs theWit and heads to Art Institute
2:05pm	Diana & Jason’s portraits begin at Art Institute Wedding party can stay & hang out on the shuttle
2:35pm	Diana & Jason get back on the shuttle
2:40pm	Shuttle departs Art Institute and heads to Museum Campus
2:55pm	Wedding party arrives at Museum Campus & begins photos altogether
3:30pm	Wedding party shuttle departs Museum Campus and heads to Bridgeport Art Center
4:00pm	Jason, Diana & wedding party arrive at Skyline Loft Everyone drops off their personal items in the Bridge Room Family begins arriving at Skyline Loft
4:10pm	Immediate family pictures begin in Skyline Loft
4:30pm	All photos are complete Guests begin arriving to the venue
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:30pm	They are married!!! Ceremony ends, cocktail hour begins! Immediately following end of ceremony, extended family photos are taken
5:55pm	Amanda, Erica & Robin meet Diana in the bridal suite to help bustle her dress
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends Parents and wedding party gather back in the Bridge Room to line up for introductions
6:45pm	Introductions begin. Here is the order: 1)“Parents of the bride – Mr. & Mrs. Erwin” 2) “Parents of the groom – Mr. & Mrs. Li” Wedding Party: 3) Diana (Dee)with Michael and Morgan  4) Matt H, Erica and Evan 5) Amber and Chris  6) Amanda and Matt → Wedding party to circle around the champagne tower **Diana and Jason are introduced** → They immediately go to the champagne tower → Wedding party to grab a glass of champagne from the tower, after it’s poured.
6:50pm	First Dance 🙂
6:55pm	Welcome and toast by Father of the Bride, Bruce
7:00pm	Dinner service begins
8:00pm	After all entrees are plated, speeches begin:  1) Amanda, MOH (~3-4 min estimated) 2) Evan, BM (~1-2 min estimated) 3) Matt, BM (~1-2 min estimated)
8:15pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance floor opens, party time!!
9:30pm	Shuttle begins doing trips back to theWit (until the end of the night)
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁
11:25pm	Final shuttle departs Bridgeport Art Center, and heads to theWit After party at theWit rooftop

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed the day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair. IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). There will no blow dry or blowout services provided. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
–Curly hair: If you have naturally curly hair and you are looking to have a smooth upstyle, come
with hair that is blown dry smooth but do NOT use a flat-iron. If you would like to have a curly
upstyle, wash hair the night before and use your normal moisturizing styling products in your hair.
Your stylist will touch up any curls necessary for your style.
– Extension application: Extensions must be 100% real human hair, completely dry, and
detangled. Synthetic hair will not curl and will melt with the use of hot tools.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– It is recommended to moisturize at least 30 minutes prior to your makeup application. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

– Diana will be providing robes to get ready in so just wear something comfortable to arrive in the morning but know that you will be changing
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments. It is super important that all wedding day attire is steamed prior to Friday morning. The humidity from steamers will cause your hair to fall, so please take care of this the night before.
– If you choose to wear any accessories, please veer towards gold. Plan to have a backup pair of gold earrings with you.
– Closed-toed darker nude pumps preferred for wedding day outfit
– Neutral colored nail polish is preferred (vs. a loud / bright color) or something similar to the dress color
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card – if applicable
– Amber: Music speaker for getting ready in the morning
– Amanda: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

– Wedding day attire: cognac color dress shoes, socks (Jason will be gifting everyone’s socks), navy blue suit pants, brown belt, white button down, tie (Jason will be providing ties,) navy blue suit jacket
