We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding day.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, January 27th

5:15pm	Rehearsal at the Fairlie!
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Il Porcellino (please walk to the private room in the back)

Saturday, January 28th

9:00am	Ele & the ladies arrive to the Fairlie & get situated Ele’s brother will bring in the breakfast & coffee for the ladies Hair + Makeup team arrives for setup
9:15am	Hair + Makeup services begin (see schedule at bottom of this timeline)
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Fairlie to relax and hang out with Kevin
11:30am	Jimmy Johns is delivered for all the people at the Fairlie
12:30pm	Photographer arrives (this is in here as a reminder to make sure you’re dressed and to keep the rooms relatively clean)
12:45pm	All bride & bridesmaid hair and makeup completed
12:55pm	Ele & bridesmaids put on their dresses separately
1:30pm	Kevin & Ele’s first look at the Fairlie
1:45pm	Wedding party takes a few photos at the Fairlie before heading out
2:10pm	Wedding party, Ele & Kevin head outside to board the shuttle and head to The Rookery Mike Volini is in charge of the foam cooler
2:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at The Rookery
3:30pm	Photos conclude at the Rookery
3:40pm	Wedding party boards the shuttle and drops everyone off at the Fairlie
4:15pm	Shuttle leaves the Fairlie to get guests at both Hoxton (first) & the Hyatt House (second)
4:20pm	Family pictures begin at the Fairlie
4:50pm	Shuttle departs the Hoxton and picks up guests at the Hyatt House
5:00pm	Shuttle departs the Hyatt House to drop off all guests at the Fairlie ALL photos completed, Ele gets tucked away in the bridal suite Ushers (Alex & Andrew) help pass out programs
5:30pm	Ceremony begins!
6:00pm	Ele & Kevin are married!!! A few family photos are taken at the ceremony location, all wedding party (not in family) can join cocktail hour!
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends Welcome and announcement by Ele’s mom, Liz (very short hello / take your seats) –> Bridesmaids & groomsmen will be introduced into the room, please don’t take your seat just yet!
7:15pm	Introductions begin: Wedding party Ele & Kevin!!!
7:20pm	Speech & toast by Ele’s Dad
7:25pm	Dinner begins
8:00pm	After the last entrée is plated, speeches begin: 1) Lauren (MOH) ~3-5 minutes 2) James (BM) ~3-5 minutes
8:45pm	Let the dance party begin!
12:00am	Party’s over 🙁

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind **unless your service includes a blowout**.
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Feel free to wear leggings/comfy pants on the bottom and a tank top or whatever you would like to wear under the zip up sweatshirt that Ele is gifting you!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Black shoes for your dress
4. Comfortable shoes to get ready in (make sure to think of what you’ll wear dancing too)
5. Nail color: ideally just not neon 🙂
6. Jewelry: If you want to accent your outfit with jewelry, we ask that you wear gold if possible
7. Ele will be providing lovely fur shawls to keep warm outside
8. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, deodorant etc.
9. Wedding card – if applicable
10. Lauren: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone) — Feel free to send to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you need it printed

Gentleman

1. Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, button down, button studs, suspenders, jacket (your bowties are being gifted by Kevin!)
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in before putting your tux on
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. James: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone) — Feel free to send to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you need it printed
