TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, June 2

2:30pm	Rehearsal at Saddle and Cycle Club
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Tuco and Blondie – in Lakeview
8:00pm	Rehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, June 3

9:30am	Any ladies getting hair done arrive at Marian’s House Marian sets out brunch food for the morning Hair stylist arrives for setup
9:45am	Hair services begin
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed
12:30pm	Elizabeth’s mom helps her get in her dress Photographer 1 (Gene) & Photographer 2 (Chad) arrive at Marian’s House
12:40pm	Elizabeth’s first look with bridesmaids walking down stairs
12:50pm	Elizabeth changes out of dress and heads to rental car with bridesmaids –> Elizabeth and bridesmaids to bring case of wine + roadies
1:00pm	Rental car departs Marian’s House with all the bridesmaids Groomsmen arrive at the Saddle and Cycle Club to eat lunch and get changed (Erskine Room) –> All groomsmen bring their outfits to change at the club
2:00pm	Elizabeth & bridesmaids arrive at Saddle and Cycle Club
2:15pm	Elizabeth & bridesmaids put on their dresses (Ladies Locker Room)
2:30pm	Elizabeth & Eric’s first look at Saddle and Cycle Club Elizabeth & Eric read private vows to each other
2:50pm	Wedding Party photos begin in Saddle and Cycle Club  –> Wedding Party to relax and hang out after photos conclude
4:00pm	Family begins arriving at Saddle and Cycle Club
4:10pm	Family photos begin at Saddle and Cycle Club
4:30pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the Cochran/Erskine rooms Guests begin arriving at Saddle and Cycle Club  Elizabeth touches up her makeup in bridal suite
5:00pm	Ceremony begins outside on the Great Lawn
5:30pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at ceremony location –> Wedding party –> Elizabeth, Eric and groomsman Chris & Kaitlyn –> Elizabeth, Eric and groomsman Eric & Marisa –> Elizabeth & all female cousins (Jenni, Erin, Beth & Colleen) Cocktail hour begins on the terrace
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into the ballroom
6:50pm	Elizabeth & Eric are introduced into the room –> Wedding party will not be introduced so you can find your seats Welcome and toast by Marian
7:00pm	Dinner service begins
7:45pm	After entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Lauren Thelen 2. Eric Bugosh 3. Chris Voegtli 4. John Baumann
8:00pm	Elizabeth & Eric say their “thank you” and Eric asks Elizabeth to dance
8:10pm	Dance party!!
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁 BUT…after party in Parlor Bar!

Ladies

1. Elizabeth will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing.
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Accessories for wedding day
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Lauren – Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gents

1. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
3. Wedding day outfit including: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie-clip (undecided), tie, jacket
4. Pocket Square – Eric is providing!
5. Eric, Chris & John – Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
