TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, December 9th

3:00pm	Check in available at the InterContinental Chicago
4:30pm	Rehearsal at St. James Chapel
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Barrio

Saturday, December 10th

8:00am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at InterContinental Hotel Tower Lounge (32nd Floor) Breakfast delivered from the hotel Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:15am	Hair & Makeup services begin
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the InterContinental Chicago to relax and hang out with Michael in his suite Lunch delivered from the hotel for the bridesmaids Lunch delivered from Jimmy John’s for the groomsmen
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Ellie & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Ellie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:40pm	Ellie’s first look with bridesmaids in the tower lounge
1:50pm	Ellie’s first look with dad in the tower lounge Michael & Photographer 2 get set up for the first look in the Hall of Lion (2nd floor)
1:55pm	Ellie & Photographer 1 (Angela) head to the first look location
2:05pm	First look in Hall of Lion (2nd floor) You can take the elevator up to 2nd floor or walk up stairs by MJ host stand
2:15pm	Ellie and Michael read notes/vows to each other  Wedding party heads downstairs to meet in the lobby before photos
2:25pm	Ellie, Michael & wedding party walk to the Wrigley Building
2:30pm	Wedding Party pictures + portraits begin at the Wrigley Building
4:00pm	Wedding party arrives back at the InterContinental Everyone uses the restroom / grabs their personal items  & board  the bus 40 passenger bus arrives at the InterContinental Hotel for the wedding party & both parents
4:20pm	40 passenger bus departs and heads to the church with wedding party + parents
4:30pm	52 passenger shuttle arrives at InterContinental Chicago for guest transportation
4:35pm	Wedding party arrives at the church  Everyone waits on the bus until the doors open & they can get tucked into the bridal suite
4:40pm	52 passenger shuttle departs InterContinental Chicago & heads to the church
4:45pm	Guests begin arriving Ushers (Ryan Hooker & Tony Walton) go to ceremony site & pass programs
4:55pm	52 passenger shuttle arrives at the church with the guests
5:15pm	Ceremony begins
6:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar
6:10pm	52 passenger shuttle departs from the church with 1st group of guests & heads to the Intercontinental
6:20pm	Shuttle departs from InterContinental and heads back to the church for 2nd group of guests
6:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in Toledo Room 52 passenger shuttle arrives at the Intercontinental with the 2nd group of guests
7:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Renaissance Ballroom
7:45pm	Introductions into the room begin
7:50pm	Special dances begin
7:55pm	Welcome toast & blessing by Mark
8:15pm	Once soup are plated, speeches begin:  1. Annie
8:55pm	After entrées are plated, additional speeches begin:  2. Johnathon 3. Alec
9:15pm	Dance party!!
12:30am	Party’s over 🙁

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• The hair/makeup schedule is fluid. Please be prepared to step in at an earlier or later time if necessary!
• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your service includes a blowout. Anyone with damp hair will be asked to step away and finish blow-drying their hair.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

2. Wear something comfortable when you arrive. Ellie will be providing you with Pjs & slippers to change into!
3. Shoes for getting ready
4. Shoes for your wedding day outfit
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Annie – make sure you have your speech accessible!

Men

1. Wedding day outfit including all pieces: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, cufflinks, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, white pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Johnathon & Alec – make sure you have your speech accessible!
