Friday, August 7th

9:30am	Allison delivers cakes (x3) to CGC
3:00pm	Check in available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lisle Naperville
5:00pm	Rehearsal at St. Francis Xavier Church
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Davanti Enoteca – Western Springs

Saturday, August 8th

6:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Chicago Golf Club – Guest Cottage Hair & Makeup team arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
8:30am	Breakfast delivered from Chicago Golf Club to the ladies
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at CGC Men’s Locker Room to relax and hang out with Ben
10:30am	ALL hair & makeup completed for bride, mom & bridesmaids**other family services continue! Lunch delivered from Chicago Golf Club for the bridesmaids & for the groomsmen Emma & bridesmaids take candid photos in their getting ready outfits
11:00am	Photographer 1 (Maddie) arrives at CGC Cottage Photographer 2 (Jaymi) arrives at CGC Cottage Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to CGC Cottage
11:15am	Emma’s informal first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready space
11:25am	Emma’s first look with dad right outside the cottage/getting ready space Ben heads to the Veranda first look location with photo 2
11:35am	Emma heads to the Veranda first look location with photo 1
11:45am	First look in the Veranda
12:10pm	Wedding Party pictures & portraits begin on the CGC grounds
1:10pm	Immediate family joins for photos on the grounds (parents/siblings/grandparents!)
1:30pm	Photos on the grounds are completed E&B + wedding party board Coach Bus with everything they need for church
1:45pm	Coach bus departs CGC with wedding party & heads to church Coach bus arrives to DoubleTree for guest transportation
2:00pm	Coach bus departs from DoubleTree & heads to church
2:15pm	Wedding party arrives on-site via Coach Bus everyone gets tucked away as soon as access is available
2:30pm	Guests begin arriving to St. Francis Xavier Church Ushers/Program Passers (Jack & Jake H. & Jake L.) go to ceremony site
3:00pm	Church ceremony begins
4:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar
4:15pm	(2) Coach buses are stationed outside of church for pick up & drop of to Chicago Golf Club
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins on Chicago Golf Club Veranda
6:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the tent for seating
6:35pm	Emma & Ben are introduced into the room
6:40pm	Welcome and toast by Father of the bride, Justin
6:45pm	Blessing by Emma’s Grandma (Patricia)
6:50pm	Dinner service begins
7:45pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Allison Hlavin 2. Michelle Morefield 3. Jake Heinz
8:15pm	Special dances begin
8:30pm	Dance party!!!
10:30pm	DoubleTree Hotel Shuttle service from CGC to hotel
11:45pm	Party’s over! 🙁 DoubleTree Hotel Shuttle service from CGC to hotel
12:00am	After party at Potter’s Place in Downtown Naperville!!  → (2) coach buses for after party –  one way only!

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready Outfit: Arrive in comfy clothes for getting ready! We suggest to wear a button or zip-up top (or any top you can remove without pulling it over their head and potentially ruining hair/makeup)
2. Wedding Day Attire: Including appropriate bras/spanx/undergarments, dress, etc.
3. Wedding card: if applicable
4. Anyone saying a formal speech, don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone.

Gentlemen

1. Wedding Day Attire: shoes, black socks, pants, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket, pocket square
2. Wedding Card: If applicable
3. Anyone saying a formal speech, don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone.
4. Ben will bring the wedding bands to the men’s locker room the morning of the wedding, but then Jake H. will be in charge of the rings for the rest of the day.
