Hi family and friends! How excited are you for Emylee + Alfy’s big day?
We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding weekend.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 20

2:00pm	Check in available at the Hotel Colonnade
6:00pm	Rehearsal at Gesu Church
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Jamon Iberico Pata Negra

Saturday, September 21

5:50am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at Hotel Colonnade (Bridal Salon, located on the 2nd floor)
6:00am	Makeup services begin **see schedule at the bottom of this timeline**
6:30am	Hair services begin
9:30am	Food is delivered for the groomsmen
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Hotel Colonnade (Game Room on the 2nd floor) **Groomsmen must bring the cufflinks that were pre-gifted to them** **Groomsmen must come with shirts + pants, all other accessories can be added on-site**
11:00am	Photography team arrives with the guys
11:30am	Photography team heads to meet the ladies
12:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Emylee & bridesmaids take a photo in their blue PJ set
12:05pm	Champagne photo with the ladies!
12:15pm	Mom & Emylee get dressed IN THE HOTEL ROOM (not in the bridal salon) Christy and bridesmaids get dressed in the Bridal Salon Bridesmaids pack up their bags and belongings so they’re ready to depart when it’s time
12:35pm	Emylee’s first look with her brother in the Bridal Salon or in Emylee’s hotel room (balcony))
12:40pm	Emylee’s first look with her dad
12:45pm	Emylee and Mom stay in suite, all bridesmaids/MOH head Emylee’s hotel suite
12:55pm	Emylee’s first look with bridesmaids + MOH in the hotel suite  Emylee takes a photo with each bridesmaid [solo]
1:10pm	ALL wedding party (including Alfy) take aralimo to the church **Ohana gives Andy the wedding bands before leaving for the church**
1:20pm	Emylee and dad boards the convertible
1:30pm	Wedding party begins arriving at the church
2:00pm	Ceremony begins!
2:50pm	Ceremony ends, photos begin at the altar! – group wedding party photo – family photos
3:30pm	ALL wedding party (besides bride/groom) head back to the hotel in the aralimo Emylee & Alfy take photos off-site
4:30pm	Wedding party heads to meet Emylee and Alfy downstairs in the lobby
4:45pm	Wedding party pictures begin
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Upper Rotunda
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Gold Coast Ballroom
6:45pm	Introductions into the room begin! Parents + wedding party are all included!
6:55pm	Welcome, toast and speech by Father of the Bride, Memo Dinner begins!
7:50pm	After entrée are plated, speeches begin:
8:15pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance party!!
11:30pm	Party’s Over!!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

WEDDING PARTY RESPONSIBILITES

Christy: in charge of delivering Emylee & Alfy’s wedding day gifts to one another
Christy: in charge of managing Emlyee’s cell phone, in case of any emergencies
Kelly and Cory and/or anyone else who’s not doing anything in the early morning: PJ and Dress steaming in the morning

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

Getting Ready Outfit: Please remember to bring the blue PJs that Emylee already gifted you to get ready in the morning!
Wedding day outfit: including your dress and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
Shoes: Nude heels
Nail Polish: If you can please wear subtle nail colors // white, funny bunny, light pink, nude. Nothing bright or neon. In a perfect world, your toe nails are painted too if you can see them with your shoes 🙂
Clutch/purse: with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
Wedding card: if applicable

Gents

Gentlemen’s wedding day outfit: From the Black Tux: patent leather tuxedo shoes, black socks, black tuxedo pants, white tuxedo shirt, black tuxedo jacket, diamond bowtie, black tuxedo shirt buttons & custom cufflinks (that Alfy already gifted you — please do not forget!)
Misc.: Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
Getting Ready Outfit: Arrive in something comfortable
