Friday, October 21

10:30am	Erika’s dad/uncles pick up wedding flowers at Viavi Flower Farm Address: 44566 Paw Paw Rd. Paw Paw, MI 49079
12:30pm	Kim, Aldona, Krista, Alicija, and Erika arrange wedding day centerpieces and place in the cellar
1:30pm	Aldona to pick up lunch from Barney’s  Late night snacks picked up from Grand Duke’s by Aunt Birute (Bee)
3:00pm	Check in available
4:00pm	Kim, Aldona, Krista, Alicija, Pupa and Erika set up the rehearsal dinner
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Lakeside Inn

Saturday, October 22

9:00am	Bridesmaids & Aldona arrive at Erika’s suite (Room 14)
9:30am	Hair services begin // Ladies to do their own makeup Bagels & breakfast items set out
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at the Airbnb to relax and hang out with Zach
12:00pm	Jim to pick up lunch items from Milda’s for the bridal party
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Photographer & Ohana Events arrives Personal Floral (bouquets) brought to Erika’s room
12:50pm	Erika, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses
1:15pm	Zach & the guys walk to the Lakeside Inn
1:30pm	First Look!!
1:40pm	Erika and Zach portrait photos are taken around the Lakeside Inn
2:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the property
2:30pm	Aunt Danute delivers the Lithuanian cake *Timing not confirmed, Emily to check for it!
2:45pm	Quick rehearsal walkthrough
3:00pm	Family begins to arrive for photos
3:10pm	Immediate family photos begin at the Lakeside Inn
3:30pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away Guests begin to arrive to the ceremony space Prelude music begins
4:00pm	Ceremony starts!!
4:30pm	Ceremony Ends!! Jonas to help with the confetti cannons during recessional Cocktail hour begins on the front porch / front lawn Erika & Zach to take a few photos following the ceremony at the altar
5:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited inside to find their seats Bar closes
5:45pm	Friends are standing and ready for the Lithuanian sash introduction (with sashes) Newlyweds are introduced Parents present bread, wine & salt First Dance
5:55pm	Welcome and toast by parents of the bride, Aldona and Jim Weir (5 min) Toast by parents of the groom, Kim and Rick Rice (5 min)
6:05pm	Salads are served family style

6:40pm	Second & third courses are served

HAIR SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair will be asked to step away and finish blow-drying their hair.
• Wear a shirt that’s easy to take off so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Bring & plan to do your own makeup!
• It is helpful if each person getting services done have an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

6. Krista– Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone). Please feel free to send your speech to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!

Men

1. Wedding day outfit. From the bottom – up: Shoes (brown), dress socks, grey pants, belt (brown or no belt), grey jacket. Ties will be provided!
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive to the Airbnb in something comfortable to hangout in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Chris- Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone). Please feel free to send your speech to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!
