FRIDAY, JULY 24th

3:00pm	Check in available at The Westin North Shore hotel
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Saranello’s

SATURDAY, JULY 25th

8:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Canvas Venue – Bridal Suite Gals arrive with their coffee/snacks as wanted! Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Greer lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
9:00am	Hair and makeup services begin **schedule below!**
11:00am	Lunch delivered from The Little French Guy for the bridesmaids
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Canvas Venue to relax and hang out with Noah Lunch is delivered for the groomsmen
12:00pm	Photographer 1 (Faith) arrives at Canvas Venue Photographer 2 (Shaena) arrives at Canvas Venue Content Creator 1 (Chantelle) arrives at Canvas Venue Ohana Events (Jenna) arrives at Canvas Venue
12:30pm	Greer, Jennifer (MOB) & Holly are done with services **Other services continue on!
1:00pm	Greer, Holly & mom put on their dresses
1:20pm	Noah begins getting dressed *all besides jacket! mock getting ready photos at this time
1:30pm	Bridal portraits begin
1:45pm	Greer’s first look with dad on-site *dad to be fully dressed! Photo to grab some candids of Robin & Steve with Noah
1:55pm	Noah heads to first look location with photo 2
2:00pm	Greer heads to first look location with photo 1 & content creator
2:05pm	First look outside on Canvas property
2:20pm	Greer & Noah get portraits around the property
2:50pm	Friends arrive on-site for photos!
3:00pm	Greer’s first look with her gals
3:10pm	Wedding Party / Friend photos  pictures begin on-site
3:50pm	Family begins arriving at Canvas Venue
4:00pm	Mini rehearsal ran by Ohana Events
4:15pm	Family pictures begin outside
4:50pm	Ketubah signing on dance floor *grandparents/parents/siblings/witnesses (Ari & Olivia) Greer touches up her makeup in suite | staying tucked away until ceremony start! Westin shuttle (11 pax) departs and heads to Canvas
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving to Canvas Venue
5:10pm	Westin shuttle 2 (11 pax) departs and heads to Canvas
5:30pm	Ceremony begins on Garden Terrace
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Pre-function & Garden Terrace
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited to take their seats
7:20pm	Introduction of Greer & Noah begins
7:25pm	Blessing of the bread & wine by Greer & Noah’s grandparents
7:30pm	Dinner buffets open
8:30pm	After all guests have a plate in front of them, speeches begin:  1. Parents of the bride, Jay & Jennifer 2. Parents of the groom, Steve & Robin
8:50pm	Special dances begin & dance floor opens!
12:00am	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Westin shuttle departs from Canvas (11 pax) All items go into Steve’s car → Cards/gifts got to G&N or parents + bouquet
12:30am	Final shuttle service from Canvas to The Westin (11 pax)

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies

1. Ladies getting services done, arrive in something comfortable & easy for changing out of (zipper/open neck tops)
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments and accessories
3. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, makeup for touch ups, tissues, etc.
4. No preference on jewelry, shoes, and nails
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Speeches: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: including ALL pieces
2. Cell phones, wallets, keys, and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Speeches: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
6. Max: You’re responsible for recording Greer & her dads dance!
