TIMELINE OF EVENTS

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH

10:00am	Drop off wedding decor/items at the ULCC
4:00pm	Check in at the Westin River North

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH

5:00pm	Rehearsal at St. James Chapel
6:00-8:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at the River Roast
8:30-10:30pm	Welcome reception at the River Roast
10:30pm	Hailey’s dad and brother bring the rehearsal dinner florals back to Hailey’s hotel room

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH

7:15am		Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:30am		Bridesmaids & moms arrive at Hailey’s suite
7:45am		Hair & makeup services begin **see schedule below**
8:30am		Ryan Sr to meet bagel delivery in lobby and bring to bridal suite
9:45am		Ryan Sr to pick up breakfast for boys from Chick Fil A (500 N Michigan Ave location)
10:00am		Groomsmen arrive at Westin River North to relax and hang out with Matthew and eat breakfast from Chick Fil A
11:30am		Personal floral drop off at Westin River North at Hailey’s suite Florist picks up rehearsal dinner florals to bring to ULCC
12:00pm		Photographer 1 (Kristen) arrives at Westin River North, with the ladies Photographer 2 arrives at Westin River North, starts with the ladies  Content Creator (Amy) arrives at Westin River North, with the ladies
12:30pm		Matt and the groomsmen meet back in the groom suite mostly dressed **Wait to put on details such as jackets, cufflinks, ties, etc until photographer arrives and directs to do so Lunch delivered from Jimmy Johns for the bridesmaids and groomsmen
1:00pm		ALL hair and makeup completed Maria and Katie get dressed (can get dressed earlier)
1:10pm		Photographer 2 goes to groom’s suite Hailey gets help from her mom and sister – mom zipper photo op  Hailey & bridesmaids put on their dresses separately
1:30pm		Hailey’s first look with her dad in the bridal suite
1:40pm		Hailey’s first look with her grandmother in the bridal suite
1:45pm		Hailey’s first look with the bridesmaids in the bridal suite Matt heads over to the first look Ohana Events (Caelee) arrives at the Westin River North and heads to bridal suite
2:00pm		Hailey heads over to the first look
2:15pm		First look **private moment for the couple**
2:30pm		Wedding party and family heads downstairs and boards the trolley Caelee makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnieres/corsages) Bob and Tony are in charge of bringing down the ice, drinks, and snacks  Groomsmen and bridesmaids bring down personal florals
2:45pm		Trolley departs to Art Institute Gardens (1st photo stop)
3:00pm		Wedding Party and family portraits begin at the Art Institute Gardens
3:45pm		Everyone boards the trolley and travels to the Fourth Presbyterian Church
4:00pm		Bride & groom portraits begin at the Fourth Presbyterian Church
4:25pm		ALL photos completed Hailey, Matthew & Kristen walk over to St James Chapel to get more photos  Everyone else boards the trolley and departs to St James Chapel
4:35pm		Bride and groom get tucked away in the room upon arrival
4:45pm		Guests begin arriving at St. James Chapel Ushers (James & Nick) pass programs at the ceremony site  Ohana Events checks that the best man has the wedding rings
5:15pm		Ceremony begins
6:00pm		Hailey & Matt are married! Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar
6:05pm		Everyone gets situated for the grand exit photo op outside of the church
6:15pm		Guests take the buses to the Union League Club of Chicago (ULCC) Bridal party, family, grandmothers, Caelee, Kristen, and Amy take the trolley to the Union League Club of Chicago (ULCC)
6:30pm		Cocktail hour begins in the Crystal Room (5th floor)
7:00pm		Hailey & Matt’s siblings help round extended family for photos Extended family photos happen at the staircase outside of Crystal Room
7:45pm		Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Lincoln Ballroom (6th Floor) Guests immediately go to dance floor
8:00pm		Hailey and Matt introduced into the room Once introduced, the couple goes into their first dance with guests surrounding them on the dance floor
8:10pm		Welcome and toast by father of the bride, Ryan
8:35pm		Once salads are plated, speech begins: 1. Brian / BM
9:10pm		Matthew and Hailey say their thank you Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance floor is open!
11:45pm		Party’s over 🙁 Ohana Events packs all wedding decor/items & any leftover florals Cards and gifts give to father of the bride, Ryan
11:45pm		Casual after party at Brando’s

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH

10:00am	Pick up decor and cards/gifts from ULCC
12:00pm	Check out at the Westin River North

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
– Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin if possible. Preferred if you can use a non SPF moisturizer for better make up application and prevent flashback in photos.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide the hair and makeup team.
– Bring touch up make up and lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Hailey will provide pajama pants, so bring any comfy white tank or T-shirt that you would like to wear for the morning of!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & heels
3. Any color you love for your nails!
4. Any tan or nude heels
5. Jewelry: wear whatever you love!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable

Gentlemen

1. Groomsmen attire: shoes, socks, pants, suspenders, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Brian – Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Responsibilities

• Getting ice to fill the cooler for the trolley and bringing the cooler onto the trolley: Tony & Brian
