Friday, October 2nd

6-8:00pm	Rehearsal Dinner at Fioretta
8-10:00pm	Welcome party at Fioretta

Saturday, October 3rd

7:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Trump International Hotel Hair & Makeup team arrives for setup
7:15am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
8:00am	Groomsmen arrive at The Trump to relax and hang out with Aidan
10:00am	ALL hair and makeup completed Haley & bridesmaids take a quick photo in their getting ready outfits
10:10am	Haley, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Mock bridal getting ready photos at this time
10:45am	Haley’s first look with bridesmaids in getting ready suite
10:55am	Haley’s first look with parents & sisters in getting ready suite  Aidan Ubers to first look location with best man + photo/video 2 near South Pond Lincoln Park (just before farm entrance) *Aidan wears ring!!!
11:00am	35 pax Trolley arrives on-site at The Trump Wedding party heads toTrump lobby and boards the trolley (includes jr bridesmaids + Tanner) ________ is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
11:05am	Haley boards Trolley with wedding party and heads to first look location with photo/video 1 *Haley wears ring!!!
11:20am	First look near South Pond Lincoln Park (just before farm entrance) Portraits to follow Wedding party stays on Trolley at this time!
11:40am	Wedding party joins for photos
12:20pm	Everyone reboards Trolley and heads to Olive Park
12:40pm	Wedding Party pictures begin in Olive Park
1:15pm	Photos at Olive Park are done, everyone heads back to Trolley to reboard
1:25pm	Trolley heads to Chicago Board of Trade
1:35pm	Portraits pictures begin at Chicago Board of Trade Wedding party stays on trolley
1:50pm	Haley & Aidan reboard trolley & head to TOPO
2:00pm	Trolley arrives on-site at TOPO
2:15pm	Wedding Party rehearses intro dance in lobby –> everyone heads to 2nd floor bridal suite for drop off of belongings afterwards then has a mini rehearsal! Family begins arriving at TOPO Historic Lobby *meet just outside of historic lobby –> photos include: parents, siblings, grandparents & Bird family
2:45pm	Mini rehearsal ran by Ohana Events
3:00pm	Family pictures begin within TOPO
3:45pm	All photos completed, everyone in ceremony is tucked away to 2nd floor
4:00pm	Guests begin arriving to The Old Post Office Historic Lobby Wedding party photos in the vault/candid bar/pool ahead of ceremony time!!
4:30pm	Ceremony begins in East Wing of Historic Lobby
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in 2nd Floor Telegram Lounge
6:15pm	Reception room reveal with Haley and Aidan Gina practices piano with band!
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited downstairs to Historic Lobby
7:00pm	Introductions into the room begin!
7:30pm	Father of the bride, Tony, is invited up to speak
8:00pm	Emcee introduces, Gina, mother of the bride, up for a song to play the piano
8:15pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Colin 2. Taylor
8:30pm	Special dances begin
8:35pm	Dance party!!!
11:30pm	Party’s Over!! After party begins on 2nd floor!!
1:00am	Party’s over! 🙁
1:15am	Brando’s Speakeasy after after party!

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready Outfit: Arrive in comfy clothes for getting ready! We suggest to wear a button or zip-up top (or any top you can remove without pulling it over their head and potentially ruining hair/makeup)
2. Wedding Day Attire: Including appropriate bras/spanx/undergarments, dress, etc.
3. Wedding card: if applicable
4. Anyone saying a formal speech, don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone.

Gentlemen

1. Wedding Day Attire: shoes, black socks, pants, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square
2. Wedding Card: If applicable
