Friday, July 24

4:00pm	Rehearsal at St. Peter Catholic Church Check in available at the Ameristar Casino
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at the Wine Garden

Saturday, July 25

8:00am		Bridesmaids & moms arrive at Hannah’s getting ready suite   Breakfast provided
8:15am		Hair and makeup services begin
9:30am		Groomsmen arrive at Michael’s suite to hangout Brunch provided
10:00am		Photographer arrives to each suite Hannah and Michael read notes from each other
10:30am		ALL hair and makeup completed Hannah and the girls take photos in their PJs before getting dressed Groomsmen ensure they’re getting dressed and taking photos
11:00am		Hannah’s first look with bridesmaids Michael’s first look with Diana
11:15am		Hannah’s first look with Jimmy Michael heads down to the fountain
11:30am		Hannah and Michael’s first look at the fountain Portraits right after
11:45am		Clayton, Jack Eagan, and Pat head to lobby to grab coolers out of truck
12:00pm		Parent’s shuttle picks up at Ameristar
12:15pm		Wedding party heads to lobby to board trolley Clayton + Jack Eagan are in charge of cooler with drinks / sandwiches Stephanie + Regan are in charge of bringing vases for bouquets
12:30pm		Ushers arrive at church
12:45pm		Wedding party arrives at church → Can put your belongings in the classroom next to the cafeteria OR leave on the Trolley
1:00pm		Ceremony!
2:15pm		Wedding party photo at the altar After photo, those not in family can board trolley
2:30pm		Wedding party trolley travels around St. Charles for photos
4:00pm		Wedding party arrives at Foundry Art Center (possible photos in the gallery) Drinks available in bridal suite
5:00pm		Cocktail hour begins
6:00pm		Cocktail hour ends, guests invited to sit for dinner
6:15pm		Introductions
6:20pm		Welcome Toast by Jimmy
6:25pm		Blessing by Pat
6:30pm		Salads served
6:50pm		Tables dismissed to buffet
7:15pm		Speeches 1. Holleigh 2. Kyle
7:30pm		Special dances and open dance floor

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
– Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin if possible. Preferred if you can use a non SPF moisturizer for better make up application and prevent flashback in photos.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide the hair and makeup team.
– Bring touch up make up and lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Please wear your PJ’s from the bachelorette to get ready in!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & nude heels or flats
4. Neutral nails, French or pale pink
5. Please where dainty simple gold jewelry, pearls or studs
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Please bring sunglasses for photos!!!
8. Wedding card – if applicable
9. Holleigh – Printed speech for dinner (not read off your phone)

1. Black Tux: jacket, pants, white button down, + black shoes
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Please bring sunglasses for photos!!!
5. Kyle: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
