WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25

3:00pm	Check in available at Palmer House Harika and family arrive to set up at The Dalcy
4:45pm	Everyone begins ordering ride shares to The Dalcy
5:30pm	Welcome party begins at The Dalcy Immediate family pictures begin
6:15pm	MC/Harika’s cousin (Prashanth) gives welcome speech
7:00pm	Gajesh’s cousins (Anush & Sachin) give a speech
9:30pm	Welcome party ends Everyone orders ride shares back to Palmer House

THURSDAY, JUNE 26

6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Amor y Tequila
8:00pm	Welcome drinks meetup at Village Tap

FRIDAY, JUNE 27

7:00am	Everyone receiving beauty services arrive at Guesthouse Hotel Jessica and Katie manage getting breakfast ordered/delivered Hair stylist arrives for setup
7:15am	Hair services begin **schedule below**
7:45am	Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:00am	Makeup services begin **schedule below** Personal florals are arranged at Guesthouse Hotel
8:30am	Ryan and family arrive at Belmont Barbershop for clean up services (2328 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60618)
9:00am	Shelley, Bobbie, Allison, Adam, & Sophie Babcock arrives at River Room with decor items
9:30am	Bri’s other wedding party members (not getting beauty services) arrives at Guesthouse, ** must be ready by 12pm! ** Jessica and Katie manage getting brunch ordered/delivered Ryan’s clean up services are complete Ryan and family head back home for late breakfast with the rest of the party  Ryan and party arrives at Bri and Ryan’s apartment to hang out
10:00am	Ryan and anyone else begin cleaning up/showering for the day  Brett manages getting CBA delivered for the guys
11:30am	Photo and video team arrive at both getting ready locations
11:40am	Ryan and party put on their wedding day outfits and begin pictures → ALL guys except Ryan and Bri’s dad have brooches on
12:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Bria & party take photos in their getting ready outfits Ohana Events arrives at Guesthouse Hotel  Ryan’s pictures wrap up and party begins organizing items needed for the day
12:15pm	Bri and party put on dresses in separate rooms  (Laurie and Nikole help Bri get into her dress) Trolley arrives to Bri and Ryan’s apartment Ryan and party start boarding & departs once everyone is on board  Marko is in charge of the foam cooler with drinks, ice, and snacks
12:30pm	Bri’s first look with party in the bridal suite Trolley arrives to Guesthouse Hotel  Ryan and party take photos around the property  → Ryan’s mom pins Ryan’s brooch Bri’s dad (Terry) heads to first look location with Bri

12:50pm	Bri heads to first look location  Nikki and Kasey are in charge of grabbing Brianna’s personal items, locking up the room, etc. Bri’s party grabs their items and heads downstairs to board the trolley
1:00pm	Bri and Ryan’s first look at Guesthouse Hotel
1:15pm	ALL wedding party and family are on the trolley, ready for departure
1:25pm	Bri and Ryan board the trolley
1:30pm	Trolley departs for Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary
1:45pm	Trolley arrives at Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary  Wedding party portraits begin around Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary
2:15pm	Wedding party portraits wrap up and they head back to the trolley to hang out  Couple portraits begin
2:45pm	Couple portraits + some family photos wrap up and everyone heads back to the trolley Trolley departs for River Room
3:15pm	Wedding party arrives at Burning Bush Brewery and drops off items in the private suite OE helps unload trolley
3:30pm	Family photos begin on the outdoor deck Guest hotel shuttle arrives to Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont Hotel guests begin boarding
3:40pm	Guest hotel shuttle departs for River Room
4:00pm	ALL photos completed OE runs mini rehearsal
4:30pm	Program Passers (Adam & Allison) are ready for guest arrival Bar is open for guests as they arrive
4:45pm	Live prelude music begins Ohana Events checks that the mothers (Laurie & Denise) has the wedding rings Guest hotel shuttle arrives (stays parked on Rockwell)
4:55pm	Wedding party begins to line up for the processional
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:45pm	Bri & Ryan are married!!! Cocktail hour begins inside Sonya and Nikole bustle Bri’s dress
6:40pm	Bri and Ryan’s first dance takes place on the patio
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends; curtains open and guests invited in for dinner
7:00pm	Introductions begin: 1) wedding party, altogether, as a group 2) Bri & Ryan
7:05pm	Welcome and toast by Bri & Ryan
7:20pm	After all salads are served, speeches begin: 1) Bri’s dad (Terry) 2) Fayola 3) Steve
7:30pm	After speeches, special dances begin: 1) Bri and her dad (Terry) 2) Ryan and his mom (Denise)
8:15pm	Dance floor officially opens!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Anyone going to the after party starts walking and/or ordering rideshares to Pete’s Place Everyone going back to the hotel boards the shuttle ALL personal/sentimental items go with Ryan’s parents
11:15pm	After party begins at Pete’s Place Shuttle service departs for Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont
11:45pm	Shuttle arrives to Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

1. Bri will provide getting ready outfits so please arrive to the hotel in your outfits
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day (minimal, subtle jewelry)
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes (nude, silver, or gold)
5. Neutral nail polish!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Vineela, Harshita, Varshini: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

1. Wedding day outfit: black shoes, dark dress socks black pants, suspenders, white button down, cuff links, black bow ties, black peak lapel jacket
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Kiretti, Kumaran, Rohit, Bryan: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
