Jessica and Katie manage getting breakfast ordered/delivered
Hair stylist arrives for setup

Personal florals are arranged at Guesthouse Hotel
8:30amRyan and family arrive at Belmont Barbershop for clean up services (2328 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60618)
9:00amShelley, Bobbie, Allison, Adam, & Sophie Babcock arrives at River Room with decor items
9:30amBri’s other wedding party members (not getting beauty services) arrives at Guesthouse, ** must be ready by 12pm! **
Jessica and Katie manage getting brunch ordered/delivered

Ryan’s clean up services are complete
Ryan and family head back home for late breakfast with the rest of the party 
Ryan and party arrives at Bri and Ryan’s apartment to hang out
10:00amRyan and anyone else begin cleaning up/showering for the day 
Brett manages getting CBA delivered for the guys
11:30amPhoto and video team arrive at both getting ready locations

OE helps unload trolley

Guest hotel shuttle arrives to Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont
Hotel guests begin boarding

4:00pmALL photos completed
OE runs mini rehearsal
4:30pmProgram Passers (Adam & Allison) are ready for guest arrival
Bar is open for guests as they arrive
4:45pmLive prelude music begins
Ohana Events checks that the mothers (Laurie & Denise) has the wedding rings
Guest hotel shuttle arrives (stays parked on Rockwell)
4:55pmWedding party begins to line up for the processional
5:00pmCeremony begins!
5:45pmBri & Ryan are married!!!

Cocktail hour begins inside
Sonya and Nikole bustle Bri’s dress
6:40pmBri and Ryan’s first dance takes place on the patio
6:45pmCocktail hour ends; curtains open and guests invited in for dinner
7:00pmIntroductions begin:
1) wedding party, altogether, as a group

7:05pmWelcome and toast by Bri & Ryan
7:20pmAfter all salads are served, speeches begin:

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

1. Bri will provide getting ready outfits so please arrive to the hotel in your outfits
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day (minimal, subtle jewelry)
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes (nude, silver, or gold)
5. Neutral nail polish!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Vineela, Harshita, Varshini: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

1. Wedding day outfit: black shoes, dark dress socks black pants, suspenders, white button down, cuff links, black bow ties, black peak lapel jacket
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Kiretti, Kumaran, Rohit, Bryan: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
