3:00pm	Check in available at The Emily

6:45am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at The Emily Hotel Breakfast from Costco (muffins, trays, fruits) Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair and makeup services begin *see schedule below*
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at The Emily Hotel to relax and hang out with Tyler Lunch is delivered from Beatrix for the bridesmaids Lunch is delivered from JP Grazianos for the groomsmen
12:00pm	Photographer 1 (Maura) arrives at The Emily Hotel, bridal suite Photographer 2 (______) arrives at The Emily Hotel, groom’s getting ready room Personal Floral delivered to The Emily Hotel
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Holly & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Jan gets dressed quickly
1:05pm	Jan helps Holly with her dress (zipper photo) Bridesmaids get dressed
1:30pm	Holly’s first look with dad in bridal suite
1:35pm	Tyler walks to the first look location and gets situated
1:40pm	Holly walks to the first look location
1:45pm	First look at The Emily Hotel Wedding party and family head downstairs and board the trolley Cody and groomsmen are in charge of bringing the snacks, alcohol, and water for the trolley All other family that are in photos arrive at The Emily and boards the trolley
2:05pm	Trolley departs to first photo location: Riverwalk
2:25pm	Wedding party and family photos begin at the Riverwalk
3:05pm	Wedding party, couple, family, and photographers board the trolley Trolley departs to second photo location: Chicago Board of Trade
3:25pm	Trolley arrives and additional Wedding party photos begin on the street
3:45pm	All photos completed, everyone boards the trolley Trolley departs to Bridgeport Art Center (BAC)
4:15pm	Trolley arrives at BAC Wedding party and family head inside Holly touches up her makeup in bridal suite
4:30pm	Prelude music begins Guests begin arriving at the Sculpture Garden Holly touches up her makeup in bridal suite Ushers and program passers (Jacob, Zander, Rhett, Jeyvin, & Justin) head to ceremony site
4:45pm	Guests that are pre-sat → Poppy/Michael → Divina and Rich
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in the Sculpture Garden
5:30pm	Holly & Tyler are married! Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar Cocktail hour begins outside
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited inside to take their seats
6:45pm	Parents introduction Wedding party introduction
6:50pm	Holly & Tyler introduced! Immediately after introductions, Holly and Tyler go into their cake cutting
6:55pm	Welcome by Holly & Tyler
7:00pm	Speech by father of the bride, John
7:50pm	After all entrees are plated, speeches begin: 1. Jill / MOH 2. Robbie / BM
8:00pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance First dance Dance floor opens!
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁 Bar closes All items go into Jan and John’s car service
11:15pm	Wedding party and couple board trolley to The Emily
11:30pm	After party near the Emily Hotel

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), with NO product in your hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies, please read!

Getting ready outfits: Holly will be providing getting ready outfits, so wear that for the morning of. Reminder to bring a white or nude bra!
Attire: Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
Shoes: Any color or style, but be mindful that you will be walking on cobblestone
Jewelry: No preference, just no crazy colors
Nail color: Whatever color you want 🙂
Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, change of shoes for comfort, etc.
Steaming duty: Hannah
Wedding Card (if applicable)
Speech: Our wedding planner, Caelee, highly suggests printing your speech instead of reading off of your phone. If you need a printed copy, please email it to caelee@ohanaevents.com beforehand!

Gentlemen, please read!

Wedding attire: black velvet slip-on loafers, no show black socks (Tyler will provide these to the groomsmen and fathers), black suit pants, white button down shirt, black butterfly bow tie, black suspenders with gold clips, black suit jacket, white linen pocket square
Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket

Bringing the cooler onto the trolley: Robbie and Cody
