Hi family and friends! How excited are you for Madalyn & Jack’s big day?
We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding weekend.

Friday, September 12

8:00amBridesmaids & moms arrive at K2 apartments 
Breakfast delivered from Jack’s aunts 
Hair & makeup arrives for set up
8:20amHair & Makeup services begin
9:45amGroomsmen arrive at Level apartments to relax and hang out with Jack
Lunch provided
→ Jimmy schedules uber for 1:15PM this afternoon
12:30pmPhoto and video arrives at both apartments
Groomsmen ensure they’re getting dressed 
→ Riley responsible for going over to K2 apartments and grabbing Jack’s boutonniere and Madalyn’s overnight back to bring back to Level
1:00pmALL hair and makeup completed
Madalyn & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits 
Madalyn, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:15pmGroomsmen ensure they’re in an uber
1:30pmMadalyn’s first look with bridesmaids in their apartment
Bridesmaids head downstairs to get on the shuttle
→ Sophia + Olivia make sure they grab vases for bridesmaids bouquets
Guys ensure they’re in uber to Art Institute South Gardens
1:35pmMadalyn’s first look with dad in the apartment 
1:40pmShuttle arrives at K2 apartments for the bridesmaids 
2:00pmOhana Events arrives at Bridgeport
First look and private vows at the Art Institute South Gardens 
→ Wedding party stays on shuttle until this is over 
2:10pmWedding Party pictures begin
2:45pmWedding party ensures they’re heading to Bridgeport
3:15pmWedding party arrives at Bridgeport for photos around the property 
4:00pmFamily begins arriving at the Bridgeport 
4:10pmFamily pictures begin
4:30pmALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the bridal suite 
Guests begin arriving to the Sculpture Garden 
Ushers / Program Passers (Luke & Nick Seal) go to ceremony site

6:30pmCocktail hour ends and guests invited inside to take their seats

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

——

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Please wear your gift from Madalyn!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & black heels (can be closed or open toed)
3. If possible, steam your dress before arriving on wedding morning (Madalyn will have a steamer you can use Thursday night!)
4. Neutral nails, nothing too bright
5. Dainty gold jewelry
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Sophia & Olivia: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gentlemen

1. Black tuxedo: Black dress shoes, black socks (ok if it has patterns), pants, shirt with black studs, black bowtie, and jacket.
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Bradin & Jimmy: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
