FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8

3:00pm	Check in available at the InterContinental hotel
4:00pm	Midwest Transit System arrives at Renaissance hotel for Rehearsal attendant pick up Check in available at the Renaissance hotel
5:00pm	Rehearsal at National Shrine of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Avli on The Park
8:00pm	Welcome drinks at Renaissance Hotel – Urban Blue

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9

6:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at The InterContinental Suite Breakfast delivered from  InterContinental Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Jacki lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
6:45am	Hair & Makeup services begin
9:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Renaissance hotel to relax and hang out with Travis
10:00am	Photographer 1 (Mariah) arrives at The InterContinental Suite Photographer 2 (Kevin) arrives at The Renaissance Hotel Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to The InterContinental
11:15am	ALL hair and makeup completed Jacki & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
11:35am	Jacki, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Jacki’s mock getting ready photos at this time
12:00pm	Jacki’s first look with bridesmaids in the suite
12:10pm	Jacki’s first look with dad in the suite or photographers choice
12:30pm	Trolley arrives on-site at The InterContinental Hotel Jacki & all ladies head downstairs to the lobby to board transportation Bridesmaid Jenna is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
12:40pm	Trolley departs with all ladies & heads to the church
1:00pm	Trolley drops off Jacki & all bridesmaids at church → trolley heads to the Renaissance for pick up of Travis & the guys Shuttle (55 pax) arrives at both The InterContinental & The Renaissance Hotel fot guest pick up
1:10pm	Guest Shuttles depart both hotels & head to church
1:15pm	Trolley arrives at The Renaissance for pick up of the groomsmen Eric is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
1:30pm	Guests begin arriving at National Shrine of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Travis & the groomsmen arrive at the church  Ushers (AJ & Alex) and Program Passers (Alaina & Michelle) go to ceremony site
2:00pm	Ceremony begins at National Shrine of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini
3:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, immediate family pictures begin at the altar
3:20pm	Guest Shuttles depart church & head back to The InterContinental and The Renaissance Hotel
3:30pm	Trolley departs the church & heads to Lincoln Park South Pond for photos
3:35pm	Guest shuttles arrive back at designated hotels for short break/refresh
3:40pm	Wedding party photos begin at Lincoln Park South Pond
4:10pm	Wedding party reboards trolley & heads to Map Room (for portraits only)
4:25pm	Guest Shuttles depart designated hotels to bring guests to Rockwell on the River
4:30pm	Wedding party arrives at Map Room → J&T jump out for quick bar photos!
4:40pm	Trolley departs Maps Room and heads to Rockwell on the River
4:50pm	Wedding party arrives at Rockwell on the River → all personal belongings can be brought to the bridal suite
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins at Rockwell on the River
5:30pm	Kentucky toast by Stan
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the reception
6:15pm	Introductions into the room begin
6:25pm	Blessing by Midge
6:30pm	Dinner service begins
6:45pm	Father of the bride, Jim, is invited up to speak
7:30pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches continue:  1. Tina 2. Kevin
8:10pm	After all tables have been greeted, additional speeches begin:  3. Jacki & Travis 4. Nicole & Jennifer
8:20pm	Special dances begin
8:30pm	Open dance floor!!
9:00pm	First shuttle departs to The InterContinental & Renaissance hotels as requested
10:00pm	Second shuttle departs to The InterContinental & Renaissance hotels as requested
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁 Final shuttle departs to The InterContinental & Renaissance hotels as requested

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO HAVE READY & BRING …

Ladies

1. Jacki will be providing getting ready outfits, so come in comfy clothes but know you will be changing!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Getting ready shoes (slippers) & wedding outfit shoes (nude heels)
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Tina, Nicole & Jennifer: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gentlemen

1. Black Tux Wedding day outfit: Dress shirt, Black Satin Bow Tie, Tuxedo Jacket & Pants, Button Suspenders (don’t forget: shoes & socks!)
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Jim & Kevin: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
