Friday, October 13

4:00pm	Check in available at the W Chicago – City Center
4:30pm	Rehearsal at W Chicago – City Center
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Orso’s in Old Town
8:00pm	Welcome drinks at W Chicago hotel

Saturday, October 14

8:15am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at W Chicago Breakfast delivered from  snacks  being brought in by MOH and Jamie’s mom
8:30am	Hair + Makeup services begin *Schedule below*
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at  W Chicago to relax and hang out with Brandon Lunch delivered from Jimmy Johns  for the bridesmaids & the groomsmen
12:00pm	Photographers arrive on-site
12:30pm	Jamie and Brandon read notes from one another
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Jamie & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Jamie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:30pm	Jamie’s first look with bridesmaids in the suite / getting ready space Brandon & Photographer 2 (Lizzie) head to the first look location
1:40pm	Jamie & Photographer 1 (Stephen) head to the first look location
1:50pm	First look on the staircase of the hotel Wedding party meets in the lobby for Jamie & Brandon to head to photos
2:10pm	Wedding party heads outside for wedding party photos
3:45pm	Wedding party photos are completed Everyone walks back to W Chicago to get refreshed and return to the Great Room for a mini rehearsal
4:20pm	Family begins arriving at W Chicago (Great Room 2)
4:30pm	Family pictures begin
4:50pm	ALL family photos completed
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving  Ushers (Cassie & Logan) go to ceremony site
5:30pm	Ceremony begins
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in Plateau Level
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Great Room 1
7:15pm	Introductions into the room begin
7:20pm	Welcome and toast by Richard
7:45pm	Once salads are plated, speech by Pat
8:20pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches continue:  1. Morgan 2. Rachel 3. Josh
9:00pm	Dance party!!
12:00am	Party’s over! 🙁

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service(s).
• It is helpful if you provide an inspirational image for the stylist / artist to reference
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

1. Wedding Day Outfit: including ALL pieces
2. Getting Ready Outfits: Arrive in something comfortable if you plan to be early and hangout with Brandon
3. Cell phones, IDs, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
