Saturday, May 16th

6:45amAll ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Hotel Indigo
Breakfast delivered from Panera Bread
Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:00amHair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:00amLunch delivered from Chicken salad chick  for the bridesmaids
10:30amGloria (MOB) arrives at Hotel Indigo fully dressed
11:00amJeannine’s H&MU services are completed ** Bridal party Services continue
Photographer 1 (Rosemary) arrives at Hotel Indigo with the gals
Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Hotel Indigo
11:20amBridal getting ready photos & portraits at this time
11:30amGroomsmen arrive at The Crawford to relax and hang out with Ryan
**everyone is dressed besides jackets for getting ready photos
→ Drop off of personal items at venue at this time
12:00pmRyan drives to Morton Arboretum with photo 2  (Morton Arboretum Parking Lot P-1)

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies!

  1. Getting ready outfits: Jeannine will be gifting outfits to everyone! Be sure to show up on the morning of in these!
  2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
  3. Shoes: neutral/nude or silver for shoes
  4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
  5. Wedding card – if applicable
  6. Dress Change: Don’t forget your little black dresses for reception!
  7. Gen & Marissa – Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone
  8. Cathy – responsible with fluffing Jeannines dress and to later help with the bustle

Gents!

  1. Wedding day attire: shoes, pants, dress shirt, suspenders, jacket, and cufflinks & studs comes within your rental. Bring your own black dress socks & bow ties will be provided!
  2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
  3. Wedding card – if applicable
  4. Steve – in charge of the rings!
  5. Jay – Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone
