Friday, May 15th

3:00pm	Check in available at Hotel Indigo
6-10:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Sixty-Four Wine Bar in downtown Naperville

6:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Hotel Indigo Breakfast delivered from Panera Bread Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:00am	Lunch delivered from Chicken salad chick  for the bridesmaids
10:30am	Gloria (MOB) arrives at Hotel Indigo fully dressed
11:00am	Jeannine’s H&MU services are completed ** Bridal party Services continue Photographer 1 (Rosemary) arrives at Hotel Indigo with the gals Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Hotel Indigo
11:20am	Bridal getting ready photos & portraits at this time
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at The Crawford to relax and hang out with Ryan **everyone is dressed besides jackets for getting ready photos → Drop off of personal items at venue at this time
12:00pm	Ryan drives to Morton Arboretum with photo 2  (Morton Arboretum Parking Lot P-1) Groomsmen to be ready to leave hotel by 12:45pm
12:05pm	Jeannine & Photo 1 depart to Morton Arboretum → Driven by Gloria (MOB) Bridal party to be ready to leave hotel by 1:00pm
12:25pm	Ryan heads to first look spot with photo 2 Jeannine & Photo 1 arrive to Morton Arboretum Parking Lot P-1
12:30pm	ALL bridal party services are completed → bridesmaids get dressed and ready to drive to Morton Arboretum Parking Lot P-1
12:35pm	Jeannine heads to first look location with Photo 1 (Rosemary)
12:45pm	First look at Morton Arboretum Gerard Grand Gardens
1:00pm	Wedding party (all bridesmaids & groomsmen)  drive/uber to Morton Arboretum  → Gen to drive the gals! **Make sure permit QR code is accessible for when you arrive!!
1:20pm	Portraits completed, J&R meet with wedding party at Gerard Grand Gardens for more photos
1:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin in Morton Arboretum *Gerard Grand Gardens (near entrance)
2:30pm	Family begins arriving at Morton Arboretum Naperville *Gerard Grand Gardens (near entrance)
2:45pm	Family pictures begin in Gerard Grand Gardens
3:05pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party heads back to The Crawford via own transportation Family heads back to The Crawford in their vehicles
3:25pm	Wedding party & family arrive on-site for mini rehearsal
3:30pm	Mini rehearsal ran by Ohana Events
3:45pm	Wedding party & family is tucked away in bridal suites prior to guest arrival time
4:00pm	Guests begin arriving Ushers/Program Passers (Corey & David) go to ceremony site
4:30pm	Ceremony begins in the outdoor courtyard
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Chapel & Billiards Room
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends & guests are invited to take their seats in the ballroom
6:15pm	Introductions into the room begin!!
6:20pm	Welcome and toast by Nasser
6:25pm	Blessing by Pastor David
6:30pm	First course is served
7:10pm	Second course is served
7:45pm	Family style entrees are served
8:00pm	After all entrees are plated, speeches continue 1. Marissa & Gen 2. Jay
8:15pm	Special dances begin
8:25pm	Dance party!!!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies!

1. Getting ready outfits: Jeannine will be gifting outfits to everyone! Be sure to show up on the morning of in these!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes: neutral/nude or silver for shoes
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Wedding card – if applicable
6. Dress Change: Don’t forget your little black dresses for reception!
7. Gen & Marissa – Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone
8. Cathy – responsible with fluffing Jeannines dress and to later help with the bustle

Gents!

1. Wedding day attire: shoes, pants, dress shirt, suspenders, jacket, and cufflinks & studs comes within your rental. Bring your own black dress socks & bow ties will be provided!
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Steve – in charge of the rings!
