TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 6th

2:30pm	Rehearsal at Geneva National **All wedding party & immediate family
3:45pm	Family arrives at St. Francis Church **Park in front lot to avoid school traffic
4:00pm	Church Ceremony at St. Francis (immediate family only) Check in available at Geneva National and The Ridge
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Privato Private Events (​​2 W Geneva St, Williams Bay, WI 53191)
8:00pm	Welcome drinks at Privato Private Events

Saturday, September 7th

6:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the getting ready house Linda provides breakfast at the house Viktoria & Jazzy Beauty Team arrives for H&MU setup Jessica lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below
10:30am	Lunch delivered to bridesmaids
11:30am	Groomsmen are all in Jake’s room (#5212) to hangout & have lunch **all guys are showered & ready at this point, but you don’t need to be in your tux! Photographer 1 (Rachel) arrives at the getting ready house with the ladies Videographer 1 (David) arrives at the getting ready house with the ladies
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Jessica & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Photographer 2 (Austin) arrives at Geneva National hotel room with the guys Videographer 2 (Corban) arrives at Jakes hotel room @ Geneva National  with the guys **Getting ready photos start at this time (all guys already dressed besides jacket!)
12:40pm	Jessica, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:05pm	Jessica’s first look with bridesmaids within getting ready location
1:15pm	Jessica’s casual first look with dad at the house Jake & Photographer 2 (Austin) head to first look
1:25pm	Linda/Tom drives Jess & Jenna to first look location
1:35pm	Jessica & Jake’s first look Private vows are read – with audio from video
1:50pm	Rainey’s drive bridal party to Geneva National to meet J&J for photos Groomsmen make their way outside of the clubhouse to meet the gals for photos
2:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the property
3:00pm	Guests begin arriving  Wedding party photos are completed –> everyone heads into Geneva National to relax until ceremony
3:15pm	All family in processional meets with wedding party in the clubhouse pre-ceremony
3:30pm	Ceremony begins on the Pavillion Lawn
3:55pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin in front of ceremony
4:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in The Pavillion
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into The Grand Ballroom
6:20pm	Introductions into the room begin
6:25pm	Jessica & Jake have their first dance
6:30pm	Welcome and toast by Tom
7:15pm	After entrees are served, speeches continue: 1. Jenna 2. Cody
7:30pm	Dance party!!
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁
11:15pm	After party at Mars Bar!!

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

1. HAIR MUST BE DRY. Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair. Avoid heavy conditioners and thick styling products. Please have your hair dry in order to be styled.
2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH & PUT IN CONTACTS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE.
3. MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. Avoid using SPF moisturizers, as it can sometimes cause makeup to fall off quicker.
4. We recommend steaming your dresses BEFORE your hair and makeup services.
5. Please have an inspo photo ready of how you would like your hair styled (front and back). Please keep the weather in mind, and how your hair holds in the hot/ humid temperatures.
6. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
7. Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding

Ladies – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Jessica will be providing getting ready outfits to wear in the morning, please show up in something comfortable, but know you’ll be changing!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit (black shoes, please!)
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc.
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Nail Polish: Please avoid neon or super bright nail polish
7. Jewelry: You’re welcome to wear whatever simple jewelry you’d like! Jessica would LOVE if you wore the pearl bracelet she gifted all of you

Gentlemen – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Your full wedding day outfit: Black shoes, black socks, pants, white button down, black shirt buttons, black tie, vest, tux jacket, cufflinks (you can bring a belt if you want)
2. Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
