10:00am | Hair services begin for the ladies Groomsmen arrive at JW Marriott to relax and hang out with Justin Lunch delivered from Sweetgreen for the bridesmaids Lunch delivered from Potbelly’s for the groomsmen | |

2:20pm | Portraits begin at Lincoln Park Zoo South Bridge + Honeycomb Private vows read at this time Wedding party + family to join for photos after vows | |
3:15pm | Everyone reboards the shuttle & heads to Wrigley Building | |
3:30pm | Shuttle arrives at Wrigley Building (bridge backup option) | |
4:10pm | Everyone reboards shuttle & heads to Lacuna Lofts | |
4:30pm | Wedding party arrives on-site at Lacuna Lofts Family arrives on-site for rehearsal purposes | |
4:40pm | Ohana Events runs a Mini Rehearsal on the SkyDeck everyone in processional should be here!! | |
4:55pm | J&J get photos around the building prior to getting tucked away **wedding party hangouts in bridal suite during this time | |
5:20pm | ALL photos completed J&J + Wedding party gets tucked away in Bridal Suite prior to ceremony | |
5:30pm | Guests begin arriving (S Canal Port side) Ushers/Program Passers (Andy & Jack) go to ceremony site | |

6:30pm | Cocktail hour begins on the Skydeck | |

12:00am | Party is over!! 🙁 Ryan and Adam are responsible for taking home all items at the end of the night (+ bouquet) **ALL open alcohol has to be taken on the night of to the hotel as well | |

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind unless your service includes a blowout.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt, robe, or other shirt that’s easy to take off so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies!
– Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in, but know you’ll be changing into getting ready outfits!
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments.
– Bring your gold or beige shoes for your wedding day outfit
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card – if applicable
Gents!
– ALL Wedding day attire pieces including the following: Black shoes, black socks, black pants, black belt, white button down, no vest, no tie-clip, no cufflinks, no button studs, black tie (bought from Chicago Tie Bar so they all match), no suspenders, black jacket, and no pocket square.
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card – if applicable
