| 10:00am | Groomsmen join Ben for brunch at the Chicago Athletic Association | |
| 11:00am | Lunch delivered for the ladies | |
| 11:30am | ALL hair and makeup completed, any final touch ups take place Photographer 1 (Mari) arrives at Jess & Ben’s house with the ladies Jess & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits | |
| 11:45am | Jess, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Groomsmen arrive at Chicago Athletic Association location to relax and hang out with Ben | |

| 1:15pm | Trolley picks up bridesmaids from Jess & Ben’s house, then heads to get groomsmen Summer is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside Bridesmaids to ensure they have their bouquets!!! | |
| 1:30pm | First look in the Art Institute Immediately after, bride and groom portraits | |
| 1:45pm | Groomsmen meet in the lobby to board trolley | |
| 2:00pm | Groomsmen board trolley Trolley leaves Chicago Athletic Associate to head to Art Institute South Gardens | |
| 2:15pm | Wedding party photos around the Art Institute South Gardens | |
| 3:15pm | Wedding party boards trolley to head to Chicago Yacht Club | |
| 3:25pm | Wedding party arrives at CYC for more around the property Can put all personal items in the board room upstairs | |

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS
- HAIR MUST BE DRY. Day-old hair is great for thick to medium hair. If you have thin hair please wash the day of or night before. Please have your hair dry to be styled.
- BRUSH YOUR TEETH & PUT IN CONTACTS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE.
- MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. Avoid using SPF moisturizers.
- PLEASE BRING YOUR TOUCH-UP LIP COLORS. You will need a lip color to reapply throughout the day. If you have a favorite color you would like to touch-up with please have that ready.

- Summer – Speech for the reception!
Men
- Your full wedding day outfit including the following: Black shoes, socks, pants, belt, white button down, bow ties, jacket.
- Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
