TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, February 6 – Jacob’s birthday!

12:00/12:30pm	Pizza will be delivered to hotel suite #1517 at Opal Sands for any wedding party that wants to have lunch as a group
1:30pm	Any bridesmaids that are at Opal Sands can bring their dresses to Jessica’s suite, if they’re not already dropped off, so the wedding planner can steam all of the dresses before tomorrow.
2:00pm	Ceremony rehearsal on the terrace by the pool outside
3:00pm	Welcome drinks at the Sand Bar *CASUAL ATTIRE*
5:00pm	Welcome drinks ends, everyone is free to do what they please in the evening

Saturday, February 7

6:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at OSR in Jessica’s room (#1517) Makeup team arrives for setup
6:50am	Hair team arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below* Light breakfast will be provided for bridesmaids and moms by Leanne and Tim
11:15am	Lunch delivered for bridesmaids and moms provided by Leanne and Tim
11:30am	Groomsmen all arrive on-site and drop off their tuxes in the Sunset Salon
11:45am	Photo & video team arrive with the ladies
12:00pm	Groomsmen migrate to Jacob’s parents suite Lunch delivered for groomsman and dads provided by Micki and Bob
12:15pm	All bride & wedding party hair & makeup completed
12:25pm	Jessica & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Leanne gets dressed while PJ photos are happening
12:30pm	Jessica’s brothers begin getting dressed in their rooms
12:35pm	Leanne helps Jessica get dressed Bridesmaids put on their dresses separately
12:55pm	Jessica’s first look with bridesmaids in the bridal suite
1:00pm	Jessica’s brothers are fully dressed and ready
1:05pm	Jessica’s first look with dad on the bridal suite terrace or alternative outdoor location

1:25pm	The guys head back to the Sunset Salon to get dressed – including Kyle and Jake
1:40pm	Jacob and Groomsmen get dressed, ready to go by 2:00pm (only bowtie not ready)
1:50pm	Groomsmen photos begin outside
2:15pm	Photo/video team heads to the guys Jessica & the ladies heads upstairs
2:25pm	Jacob & the groomsmen take mock getting ready video / photo
2:55pm	Jacob’s first look with his mom
3:10pm	Jacob’s family photos begin in the same location as above: 1. Jacob & Micki 2. Jacob, Micki & Bob 3. Jacob & Bob 4. Jacob, Micki, Bob, Evan & Maggie 5. Jacob, Angela & Micki 6. Jacob & Angela
3:25pm	Groomsmen photos begin outside (ring bearer not needed)
3:45pm	ALL photos completed
4:30pm	Ceremony begins!!! –> At the end of the ceremony, after the recessional, there will be a group photo at the front of the ceremony. Then, everyone breaks for 20 minutes, and then joins back with Jessica and Jacob (after they finish their immediate family photos) for additional photos around the area. Please don’t go too far!
5:00pm	Cocktail hour time!
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited inside
6:50pm	Parents introduced into the room Wedding party introduced into the room Jessica & Jacob introduced into the room
6:55pm	Once everyone is introduced, Tim and Leanne say a speech Bob and Micki say a speech after Tim and Leanne Blessing by Todd Johnson Salads are served
7:15pm	After the salads are plated, speeches begin: 1. Madison / maid of honor 2. Evan / best man
7:35pm	Entrees are served
8:00pm	Jessica & Jacob say a few short words, leading into their first dance! Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance party begins!
10:55pm	Last dance
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁
11:15pm	Casual gathering at the Sea Guinea Bar, for those of you still up for it!

Sunday, February 8

TBD!	For anyone still in Florida, we will be hanging out by the pool at Opal Sands, feel free to join us!

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready Outfit: Jessica has getting ready outfits for you, feel free to wear something comfortable until you get to her hotel suite but know you’ll be changing!
2. Swimsuits: For the hot tub at the Airbnb and Hotel 🙂
3. Wedding Day Attire: Including appropriate bras/spanx/undergarments, dress
4. Jewelry: silver jewelry, if you’d like to accessorize
5. Shoes: Jessica advised earlier what shoes to wear, let her know if you had any questions about them
6. Nail polish: Preferably light or neutral, no obnoxious colors please
7. Wedding card: if applicable
8. Anyone saying a formal speech, don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Danielle@ohanaevents.com (no later than February 5) if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Gentlemen
