Hi family and friends! How excited are you for Jessie & Jeremy’s wedding weekend in Fort Lauderdale?!
We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible, so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding day.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS
FRIDAY, JANUARY 24
4:00pm | Welcome drinks + Ketubah signing at Jessie’s parents’ house | |
6:00pm | For guests that will be at the Marriott Harbor Beach, please head to the conference area’s entrance. From the hotel lobby, please follow the path past Starbucks toward the Caribbean Ballroom. Shuttle will depart at 6:05pm. | |
6:10pm | All guests from Jessie’s parents’ house head to the Wharf | |
6:30pm | Welcome party begins at the Wharf! | |
9:30pm | Welcome party ends, guests are on their own to do what they please! Shuttle service is available for anyone that wants to go back to the Marriott Harbor Beach Hotel |
SATURDAY, JANUARY 25
9:30am | Ceremony rehearsal on the terrace **All guests that are in the ceremony (reading the blessings) should join** | |
10:00am | All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the MHB Hotel, PV Suite Hair and makeup artists arrive for setup | |
11:00am | Hair and makeup services begin *See schedule below! | |
11:30am | Jeremy’s friends arrive at the the MHB Hotel to relax and hang out with Jeremy | |
12:00pm | Lunch will be provided for both Jeremy (and party) and Jessie (and party) | |
12:45pm | Both guys and girls room get tidied before the photo/video team arrive | |
1:20pm | Jeremy gets fully dressed, minus jacket / accessories | |
1:30pm | ALL hair and makeup completed Jessie and ladies put on their dresses Groomsmen “getting ready” photos | |
2:15pm | Jeremy & Jessie’s first look | |
3:00pm | Family begins arriving in the convention entrance. From the hotel lobby, please follow the path past Starbucks toward the Caribbean Ballroom. | |
3:30pm | Jessie’s girlfriends begin arriving in the convention entrance for photos. From the hotel lobby, please follow the path past Starbucks toward the Caribbean Ballroom. | |
4:30pm | All photos are completed, guests head to the ceremony and Jessie/Jeremy get tucked away inside | |
4:50pm | All guests that are processing down the aisle should meet in the lobby by 4:50pm. | |
5:00pm | Ceremony begins on the terrace! | |
5:30pm | Cocktail hour begins outside | |
6:45pm | Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the ballroom Dance floor is open!! Head to the middle of the room and party it up! | |
7:00pm | Jessie + Jeremy are introduced into the room, dance party continues! | |
7:15pm | Guests are asked to take their seats for dinner Salads are served | |
7:35pm | Welcome speech by parents of the bride, Pam + Paul Additional speech by father of the groom, Richard | |
7:50pm | Immediately following the speeches, Jessie + Paul’s father/daughter dance Guests are invited to join Jessie + Paul for another dance set! | |
8:20pm | Guests take their seats for dinner Entrees are served While entrees are being served, there are 3 family photos that will be taken near the guest tables: 1) Richard’s side 2) Banafsheh’s side 3) Fisher family | |
8:45pm | After entrees are plated, additional speeches begin: – “Brother of the Groom, Jonathan” (~1-3 minutes) – “Brother of the Bride, Clay Fisher” (~1-3 minutes) – Jessie and Jeremy say their “thank you” to their guests | |
8:55pm | Guests are invited to join the dance floor | |
11:30pm | Wedding is officially over — but you can technically keep partying in the 3030 bar near the lobby! Guests must arrive here before 12am so the bar extends their hours (otherwise they typically close at midnight). |
SUNDAY, JANUARY 26
9:00-11:00am | Brunch at the MHB Hotel on the Dunes Terrace |

Beauty Pointers!
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind unless your service includes a blowout.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt, robe, or other shirt that’s easy to take off so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean
