FRIDAY, MAY 16

3:00pm	Check in available at Claridge House & Hotel Lincoln Rehearsal begins at Chicago History Museum
4:00pm	Rehearsal ends Everyone goes back to the hotel to freshen up or head downtown
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Joe’s Seafood

SATURDAY, MAY 17

8:00am	Julia and party are awake at Claridge House
8:30am	Hair & makeup arrives for setup Breakfast delivered from _____
8:45am	Hair and makeup services begin ** schedule below **
9:00am	Sean and party are awake at Julia and Sean’s home  Breakfast delivered from _____
11:00am	Brunch delivered from  _____ for the Julia and party Anyone getting beauty services, that didn’t stay at Claridge House, arrives on site Personal florals are delivered to Claridge House
12:15pm	Photo and video arrive: – Rachel and Niko at Claridge House – Photo 2 and Video 2 at Julia and Sean’s home
12:30pm	Sean and party clean up the getting ready space for photo/video purposes
1:00pm	Sean and party begin their “getting ready” shots taken
1:30pm	Julia’s party cleans up the getting ready space for photo/video purposes Sean’s photos are complete + organize/grab any wedding day items needed Tyler is in charge of the foam cooler with ice, water, seltzers, and snacks (goldfish) inside
1:45pm	ALL hair and makeup completed (for wedding party + moms) Julia & party take photos in their matching getting ready outfits Trolley arrives to Julia and Sean’s home Everyone begins to board (including photo and video)
1:50pm	Once everyone is on board, trolley departs for Chicago History Museum (North Ave)
2:00pm	Julia and party put on their dresses in separate rooms Tracy and Anjea help Julia put on her dress Julia’s dad (Ira) is ready for first look and heads to the bridal suite
2:05pm	Trolley arrives to Chicago History Museum (North Ave) + loops to Claridge House Sean and party take group photos around CHM grounds
2:10pm	Julia’s dad (Ira) waits outside the bridal suite for first look with Julia
2:15pm	Julia’s first look with dad (Ira) in the bridal suite Julia and party head downstairs to board the trolley Lydia in charge of grabbing Julia’s personal items, Sean’s gift, and personal florals Once Sean’s mom (Therese’s) services are complete, she heads back to her Airbnb/hotel
2:20pm	After first look, Julia heads downstairs to board the trolley Julia’s dad (Ira) and step mom (Tracy) stays at the hotel
2:25pm	Trolley departs for CHM  Sean’s pictures wrap up and is staged for first look
2:30pm	Julia and Sean’s first look takes place on CHM grounds
2:40pm	Julia and Sean head back to trolley + trolley departs for Kinzie Bridge
3:00pm	Trolley arrives to Kinzie Street + Julia and Sean take quick portraits begin at Kinzie Bridge
3:15pm	Julia and Sean heads back to the trolley and departs for River Point Park
3:25pm	Trolley arrives at River Point Park and everyone deboards Wedding party pictures begin at River Point Park
3:45pm	Wedding party heads back to the trolley and relaxes Couple portraits begin
4:15pm	Couple portraits wrap up Trolley departs River Point Park and heads to CHM
4:30pm	Family begins arriving at Chicago History Museum
4:35pm	Trolley arrives to Chicago History Museum (main entrance) OE/wedding party helps unload the trolley  Julia and Sean freshen up before heading outside for photos
4:45pm	Family pictures begin outside or around CHM grounds
5:05pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the private suite
5:25pm	Wedding party begins to line up for the ceremony in the catering hallway
5:30pm	Ceremony begins!
6:00pm	Julia & Sean are married!!! Officiant asks everyone to head inside for cocktail hour (Exhibit is open for guests) Additional family photo portraits begin outside
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into the Ballroom
7:20pm	Introductions begin: 1) wedding party 2) Julia & Sean
7:25pm	Welcome and toast by Julia’s dad (Ira)
8:15pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Lydia (MOH) 2) Jacob (BM) 3) Julia & Sean’s “thank you”
8:30pm	Special dances begin: 1) Julia & Ira 2) Sean & Therese 3) Julia & Sean Guests are invited to the dance floor!
11:15pm	Bar closes
11:30pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items All items go with Sean’s parents (Therese & Matthew) car

SUNDAY, MAY 18

9:00am-12:00pm	Farewell brunch at LuxBar (2nd floor)
11:00am	Check out at Hotel Lincoln
12:00pm	Check out at Claridge House

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Please bring the gifted PJs from the bachelorette trip to wear in the morning
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Minimal, subtle accessories (silver or gold) for wedding day + neutral color nail polish
4. Black, open or closed toe shoes for wedding day outfit and dancing shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card (if applicable)
7. Lydia: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!
