FRIDAY, AUGUST 21ST

3:00pm	Check in available at The Langham hotel
5:00pm	Rehearsal at InterContinental Renaissance Ballroom
6:00pm	Welcome Party at The Gwen, Gallery Terrace (6th floor)
9:00pm	Welcome party ends

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22ND

7:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at InterContinental Presidential Suite Breakfast delivered from InterContinental  Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
7:30am	Breakfast is delivered for the ladies
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at The InterContinental to relax and hang out with Jake Lunch delivered from Sweetwater Tavern for the bridesmaids Lunch delivered from InterContinental for the groomsmen
11:45am	ALL hair and makeup completed
12:00pm	Kaitlyn & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Photographers arrive on-site
12:20pm	Photo (Nichole) heads to Tower Lounge for Jake’s detail photos
12:30pm	Kaitlyn, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Bridal portraits begin
12:55pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with her bridesmaid in the presidential suite Brent makes his way to Presidential Suite for first look (stay hidden outside!)
1:10pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with her dad in the getting ready suite Jake makes his way to Hall of Lions with photo 2 for first look
1:20pm	Kate heads to first look location in the suite with photo/video 1
1:30pm	First look in Hall of Lions Portraits to follow!
2:00pm	Portraits are complete, Kaitlyn & Jake make their way to the rooftop lounge
2:30pm	Portraits completed, K&J head to 5th floor for photos
2:55pm	Wedding party + Paul heads to the 5th floor to meet Kaitlyn & Jake for photos → ring bearer Jack is in the first 10-15 minutes of photos
3:05pm	Wedding Party pictures begin on the 5th Floor
3:55pm	All wedding party photos are completed Kaitlyn & Jake head to the outside awning for quick photos before Hall of Lions Wedding party not in family photos hangout in Toledo room pre-ceremony (5th floor)
4:00pm	Family begins arriving at Hall of Lions (2nd floor)
4:15pm	Family photos begin in Hall of Lions (2nd floor)
4:45pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party & family head to Toledo room (5th floor) for Ketubah Signing Moira & Jordan are witnesses | Officiant Laura is present
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving to Renaissance Ballroom – 5th Floor Ushers (Andy & David) go to ceremony site *to seat guests from front to back!
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in Renaissance Ballroom
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in Toledo room
7:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited back inside to take their seats
7:30pm	Introductions into the room begin
7:35pm	Welcome and toast by Kaitlyn & Jake!
7:40pm	Father of the bride, Brent, is invited up to speak
7:45pm	Dinner service begins
9:00pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Mike 2. Matt 3. Jordan
9:20pm	Dance party!!
12:00am	Party’s over!! 🙁

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Come with inspo photos for both hair + makeup!
– Please arrive with clean [completely] dried hair that is washed the day before and blow dried smooth (no flat irons please, it will affect ability to style).
– If anyone is using extensions, they need to be washed with sulfate free shampoo, light conditioner on the ends and blow dried smooth prior to the wedding in order to use them.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Faces should be cleaned & makeup free including any left over eye makeup/mascara
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
**Curly hair instructions: Please arrive with clean hair, dried naturally or diffused. You can use any curl serums or creams that help define and minimize frizz. Avoid products that create crunchiness, such as gel or mousse. Hair team will have curly hair products that help with definition and hold.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready: Kaitlyn will be providing getting ready outfits, so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing!
2. Attire: Your bridesmaid dress, shoes, jewelry & appropriate bra/Spanx/undergarments
3. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Jordan – Remember to have your speech ready! Preferably, this is printed out and not read from your phone!

Gentlemen

1. Groomsmen’s FULL wedding day outfit (double check you have all pieces!)
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need for wedding day
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
4. Brent, Mike & Matt – Remember to have your speech ready! Preferably, this is printed out and not read from your phone!
