11:45am	Arrive at Evergreen Lake House

6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at the Golden Hotel – Creekside Courtyard **to Creekside Courtyard: walk past front desk, walk through Bridgewater Grill & down the stairs

FRIDAY, JUNE 27

7:50am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Kaitlyn’s suite (RM #X) **option to arrive at your scheduled H&MU time** Coffee & Breakfast will be available for the ladies Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Kaitlyn lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
8:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin
8:00am-10:00am	Kaitlyn’s dad, Charlie, drops off the seating chart & neon sign at Evergreen Lake House Kaitlyn’s dad, Charlie, picks up the bridal bouquet & Matt’s boutonniere from the Holly Berry (28165 CO-74, Evergreen, CO 80439)
12:30pm	Photographer 1 (Sasha) arrives at The Golden Hotel – Kaitlyn’s suite
12:45pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Kaitlyn & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Kaitlyn & moms take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:00pm	Kaitlyn, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:10pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with bridesmaids in her suite
1:15pm	Joe to escort Kaitlyn to first look with her dad Photographer 2 (Clyde) arrives at Matt’s prep location
1:20pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with dad at the hotel outside of Creekside Courtyard

2:30pm	Wedding party boards the shuttle & heads to the venue

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO HAVE READY & BRING …

Ladies

1. Kaitlyn will be providing getting ready outfits, so come in comfy clothes but know you will be changing!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & nude heels
3. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Mara, Mary, Mia: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gentlemen

1. Black suit wedding day outfit: Dress Shirt, Blue Satin Tie, Black Jacket & Pants (don’t forget: black shoes & socks!)
2. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Devin: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
