TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5TH

4:00pm	Check in available at the JW Marriott Chicago
4:30pm	Rehearsal at JW Marriott Chicago | Grand Ballroom
5:30pm	2 Shuttles arrives on-site for guests from JW Marriott to River Roast
6:00pm	Welcome dinner at River Roast

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH

7:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at JW Marriott Chicago Breakfast provided in the room Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:45am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10-11am	Groomsmen arrive at JW Marriott – Hospitality Room (481) to relax and hang out with Patrick
10:30am	Lunch delivered from Jimmy Johns for the bridesmaids & groomsmen
11:30am	Photo & Video team arrive on-site
11:45am	ALL hair and makeup completed Kaitlyn & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
12:00pm	Kaitlyn, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Patrick & all groomsmen are fully dressed at this time! *no jacket needed
12:45pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with bridesmaids in the suite
12:55pm	Kaitlyn’s first look with her dad in the suite Patrick heads to first look location with photo
1:05pm	Kaitlyn heads to first look location with photo/video 1
1:15pm	First look on the grand foyer (2nd floor)
1:30pm	Trolley arrives on-site at JW Marriott Wedding party heads to the lobby and boards the trolley
1:40pm	Kaitlyn & Patrick board the trolley
1:45pm	Trolley departs with wedding party + parents to Olive Park
2:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Olive Park
2:40pm	Photo at Olive Park are completed Trolley departs to Board of Trade
3:05pm	Photos begin at Board of Trade
3:25pm	Photos completed, wedding party heads back to JW via Trolley
3:35pm	Wedding party arrives back on-site JW Marriott Touch ups prior to meeting in the Grand Ballroom for family photos Family begins arriving at JW Marriott Grand Ballroom (2nd floor)
3:45pm	Family pictures begin in the ballroom
4:15pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party tucks away in the  Hospitality room (481) prior to ceremony
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving  Ushers/Program Passers (Ryan & Steve) go to ceremony site
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in Grand Ballroom room (2nd floor)
5:25pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, additional pictures begin
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on 2nd floor in Grand Foyer
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Grand Ballroom
7:10pm	Introductions into the room begin!
7:15pm	Immediately after intros, Kaitlyn & Patrick cut the cake
7:20pm	Welcome and toast by Tom Simoneau
7:25pm	After the welcome, David Creagh, is invited up to speak
7:30pm	Blessing by Wendy & Sue
7:35pm	First course is served
7:50pm	Once first course is plated, wedding party speeches begin 1. Lexie 2. Brian
8:15pm	Entrees are served
8:45pm	Special dances begin! Open dance floor!
12:00am	Party’s over!! 🙁 All items go into Kaitlyn & Patrick’s hotel room

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7TH

8am-12pm	Brunch at JW Marriott Chicago – Grand Ballroom (2nd Floor)
12:00pm	Check out at the  JW Marriott Chicago

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Kaitlyn will be providing getting ready outfits, so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing! Reminder to wear a regular bar so it’s easier to take off without messing up your hair!
2. Getting ready shoes (black heels) & wedding outfit shoes
3. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card (if applicable)
7. Katie – everything you need for ceremony officiating!
8. Lexie – speech for dinner!

Gentlemen

1. Groomsmen’s FULL wedding day outfit (double check you have all pieces!): Outfit from the black tux: Tux shoes, black socks, Black Pants, White Shirt, Black Jacket, Gold button studs, bowtie, gold cuff links, White pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you might need for wedding day
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
4. Brian- speech for dinner!
