TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, November 8th

6:30pm	Rehearsal at Company 251
7:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Craft Urban!

Saturday, November 9th

8:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at CO251 Breakfast will be available for the ladies! Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup Kathryn lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
8:45am	Hair & Makeup services begin
11:00am	Rachel G, Kelly, Ashley A arrive at CO251 with hair and makeup ready! Lunch will be available from CO251 for the ladies!
12:00pm	Groomsmen arrive at CO251 to relax and hang out with Chris Lunch will be available from CO251 for the groomsmen
12:30pm	Chris & groomsmen begin getting ready Photo arrives
1:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Kathryn & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Kathryn, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
2:00pm	Kathryn’s first look with bridesmaids in the bridal suite
2:15pm	Kathryn’s first look with dad in in the bridal suite
2:30pm	First look upstairs!
3:00pm	Wedding Party photos begin!
3:20pm	Family begins arriving at CO251
3:35pm	Immediate family photos begin at the altar
4:00pm	ALL photos completed Kathryn & Chris head upstairs for some golden hour photos
4:30pm	Program Passers (Aunt Colleen & Aunt Eileen) go to ceremony site Guests begin arriving & the prelude music begins
4:45pm	Glenn Patterson begins playing the piano as guests arrive
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins!
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited upstairs for dinner
6:45pm	Wedding party intro’s!
6:50pm	Welcome and toast by the bride’s dad, Greg!
6:55pm	Speech by the bride’s mom, Patty!
7:00pm	Blessing by the groom’s Uncle, Steve!
7:05pm	Dinner begins!
8:00pm	Speeches begin:  1. Elizabeth (MOH) 2. Matt (BM)
8:10pm	Kathryn & Chris say their “thank you”! Guests begin moving downstairs for dancing!
8:30pm	Dancing begins!
8:50pm	Mock sparkler exit with the wedding party!
12:00am	Party’s over 🙁 All items + bridal bouquet  go into Uncle Jim & Uncle Bill’s cars!
12:30am	After party at Aurora Tap House (134 W Downer Pl, Aurora, IL 60506)!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
1) Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
2) Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of delaying the schedule. Flat ironing is not recommended.
3) Do not apply SPF or oil-based moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product (SPF can cause makeup to fall off quicker).
4) Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
5) It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared for the stylist / artist

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies:
– Getting ready outfit: Kathryn will be providing getting ready PJs so come in comfy clothes, but you will be changing!
– Wedding day attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, black heels/flats, gold dainty jewelry. Other “musts”: an extra pair of shoes (for dancing)
– Clean or painted nails (not chipped) and no neon colors please!
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Elizabeth & Rachel N are in charge of steaming the girls’ dresses first thing in the morning!
– Elizabeth: A printed copy of your speech (ideally not read off of your phone).

Gentlemen:
– Your full wedding day tux: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, vest, bowtie, jacket!
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card, if applicable
